The demand for phosphorus is increasing day by day,so is the demand for phosphorus ore.Due to the continuous exploitation of phosphate rock resources,there are fewer and fewer easily beneficiated ores,and more and more difficult beneficiated collophanite with P2O5<25%.At present,cationic lipid primary amine drugs are still able to play a role in very low temperature.However,because of their strong foam stickiness,and the foam is not easy to dissolve,the space for choice is relatively small.There is a big gap between the standard and the standard of industrial production.It is significant to improve the performance of amines.To some extent,the development of new cationic collectors can provide a favorable basis for overcoming the problem of desilication.In this paper,a new type of polyamine collector was synthesized from dodecylamine,and its performance was verified by ore flotation.In this paper,a new type of polyamine collector was prepared by following synthetic routes:using dodecylamine CH3(CH2)11NH2 and acrylonitrile as raw materials,the intermediate product N,N-bis(propionitrile-based)dodecylamine was prepared by glacial acetic acid catalysis,and the polyamine collector N,N-bis(3-aminopropyl)dodecylamine was obtained by high pressure hydrogenation under Raney nickel catalysis.In this paper,Dayukou Phosphate Mine is chosen as the research object of this amine collector.XRF,XRD and SEM are used to study the mineralogy of Dayukou Phosphate Mine.The chemical composition and morphology of the original ore are analyzed.The content of P2O5 and MgO in Dayukou Xikeng Phosphate Mine was17.88%and 5.33%,respectively.The content of SiO2 and CaO in the original mineral was higher,reaching 26.87%and 34.83%,X-ray diffraction analysis shows that the phosphate ore is composed of fluoroapatite,and the main gangue minerals are quartz,dolomite,albite and other clay minerals.It can be seen that the ore is a low-grade silica-calcareous collophanite and belongs to a typical refractory phosphate rock.In flotation of Xikeng Phosphate Mine in Dayukou,the effects of grinding fineness,sodium carbonate dosage,sodium silicate dosage and collector dosage on flotation performance were studied,and the optimum flotation reagent system was determined,thus the open-circuit and closed-circuit flotation process was determined.The experimental results show that the concentrate with 29.82%P2O5 and 0.91%MgO content is obtained from open-circuit positive-reverse flotation test of Dayukou Xikeng ore.The concentrate with 30.02%P2O5 and 0.89%MgO content is obtained from closed-circuit positive-reverse flotation test.Therefore,the phosphate concentrate with phosphorus grade up to industrial requirements can be obtained by using the positive-reverse flotation process.
