In this paper,the formulation of HNBR synchronous belt was studied,and the test was carried out mainly from rubber curing system,reinforcement system and bonding system.The formulation of HNBR was studied and analyzed from HNBR's vulcanization performance,physical mechanical properties and adhesion and performance.Finally,the best formula was verified by DMA,akron abrasion and hot air aging,so as to determine that the formula can fully meet the requirements of HNBR synchronous belt for various aspects of adhesive materials.In the control variable test shows that the HNBR compounds synchronous belt using dicumyl peroxide(DCP)and sulphur(S)and sulfide system compared with single using DCP as curing agent can effectively improve all aspects of physical and mechanical properties of HNBR vulcanizates at the same time improve the adhesion between rubber and glass fiber rope performance.Dioctyl phthalate is a plasticizer of HNBR,which can improve the molding performance of the adhesive and reduce the hardness of HNBR finished product.However,excessive use can lead to the injection of HNBR and the best dosage.Using the orthogonal experiment for vulcanization system and glue system research from time to tome,dimethyl acrylic acid zinc(ZDMA)on physical and mechanical properties of HNBR vulcanizates match stick and performance have a significant impact,in the physical and mechanical properties and bonding performance considerations,choice of ZDMA dosage for November.In the experiment,the effect of the carbon black N330 on the tensile strength of HNBR in a certain range was firstly increased and then decreased,and the maximum value was reached in 40 doses.The increase of the amount of white carbon black will enhance the adhesion and performance,but will reduce the tensile strength and increase the permanent deformation rate,and finally select 7 portions.The adhesive RC as a white adhesive system can enhance the adhesion of HNBR and fiberglass rope,and excessive RC can reduce the physical mechanical properties of HNBR vulcanized rubber.Adhesive 1756 HS is the graft copolymer,which has obvious improvement on the adhesion between HNBR and nylon fabric,but it has no obvious effect on the adhesion and force between the glass fiber and the glue material,and the optimal dosage is 3.The results show that the final HNBR synchronous belt formulation has excellent resistance to high temperature and oxidation resistance.In addition,it can meet the HNBR synchronous belt with a tensile strength of more than 25 MPa,and the permanent deformation is less than 10%,and the adhesion of the glass fiber rope is higher than that of 300 N,and the Hardness of 80 ± 5 HA.
