Synchronous belt is an important part of power transmission,and its production process is more and more strict in our country.All indexes of synchronous belt are required to meet the national standard gb12734-2003.Because the material of synchronous belt is mainly synthetic rubber,which belongs to flexible texture,when the transmission speed of synchronous belt and the applied tension change,the center distance length and tooth profile of synchronous belt will also change.If the indicators in the transmission state do not meet the national standards,the transmission noise may increase and accelerate the wear,which will greatly reduce the service life of the synchronous belt.At present,the measurement of the tooth profile of the synchronous belt is still in a weak link.In view of this problem,this paper designs a measurement system of the tooth profile of the synchronous belt.On the basis of the traditional synchronous belt measurement system,this paper proposes a tooth shape measurement scheme based on laser triangulation method,and designs a tooth shape measurement system composed of micro controller system,servo motor control system,AC motor control system,laser displacement sensor,grating ruler and other components according to the scheme.The microcontroller system is based on stm32f407zgt6 single chip microcomputer.It mainly collects the data of the tooth shape of the synchronous belt,the center distance of the synchronous belt and processes the external input signals.When collecting the tooth shape data of synchronous belt,the driving force is provided by the servo motor control system,and the tooth shape data is collected by the laser displacement sensor.When measuring the length of the center distance of the synchronous belt,it is driven by the AC motor,and the length of the center distance of the synchronous belt is measured by the grating ruler sensor.After calculation,the length of the synchronous belt pitch can be obtained.In the aspect of tooth reconstruction,the system first smoothes the original data,and then uses the strong local weighted regression algorithm to fit the data,which improves the fitting accuracy and realizes the restoration of synchronous belt tooth shape.The system selects the s8 m automobile synchronous belt for testing.According to the results of many experiments,the error of the measured value of the tooth height is within ±0.01 mm,and the error between the measured value of the pitch length and the standard pitch length is less than ±0.75 mm,which meets the design requirements.The development of this system is of great significance in the detection of tooth profile of synchronous belt.
