With the rapid development of scientific technology and social economy,printing products sprung up to the market and the requirements of the accuracy of printing products were improved obviously.The use of Neugebauer equation in printing color separation is an important part of the reproduction process of printing products,however,there were some problems such as larger calculating error,lower color separation accuracy and higher color separation cost.Therefore,this thesis proposes a correction method for the halftone field to modify the Neugebauer equation based on the basic theory of Neugebauer equation,Neugebauer equation color separation model was constructed and evaluated based on halftone field correction method,in the last,tested its application in color separation area.(1)Construction and evaluation of the Neugebauer equation color separation model based on halftone field correctionThis thesis analyzed the reason for the error of the Neugebauer equation based on the previous parameters of the Neugebauer equation,proposed the correction method of the Neugebauer equation of halftone field by establishing the halftone field parameters in order to construct the base color and stack color Neugebauer equation model based on halftone field correction.The model was evaluated in two aspects including the horizontal and the vertical.The results of evaluation of the vertical dimension showed that it was feasible to correct Neugebauer equation model by the method of halftone field tristimulus value.On the other hand,the results of evaluation of the horizontal dimension showed that it could be reduced by 4.2 at most,which proved great improvement of base color and stack color Neugebauer equation color separation model after correction of halftone field tristimulus value and the model owned highly technical.(2)Construction and evaluation of compensation model of color separation model based on halftone field correctionNeugebauer equation color separation model was compensated using the method of descending order,constructed the compensation model of the Neugebauer equation color separation model based on the halftone field correction.The effectiveness of the compensation model was verified after evaluation model by the method of the evaluation reverse,the results showed:the differential valve was reduced significantly between the calculated value of the dot area ratio and the actual value,the average value of the base differential value and stack differential value was 4.4 and 6.4 respectively and the minimum differential value were 0,therefore,the construct of the compensation model improved the accuracy of the equation effectively.(3)Application and analysis of Neugebauer equation color separation model based on halftone field correctionThe final color separation value was evaluated after selecting target in the color separation file using the method of correlation analysis and compered of color separation value of corrected model with the previous.The results showed that: the highest and lowest correlation coefficient of the corrected model was0.997 and 0.845 respectively,the highest and lowest correlation coefficient of the previous was 0.879 and 0.769 respectively.So,the color separation of effect of the corrected model was better than the correlation coefficient of the previous,proving the effectiveness of the constructed Neugebauer equation color separation model.(4)Integration simulation of interface separation modelThe operation of integration simulation was accomplished by Matlab GUI based on the constructed the Neugebauer equation color separation model,developing the Neugebauer equation color separation system,which improved production efficiency of printing company.In this thesis,the Neugebauer equation color separation model was constructed by the research of halftone field correction and accomplished the application of the Neugebauer equation color separation model,which improved the accuracy of calculation value and the accuracy of the calculation of the Neugebauer equation color separation model.The visualization of interface ofcolor separation model was completed by Matlab,which had broad application prospects and use value.
