With the advantages of cavity deformation rule,good stability of pressure field and temperature field,and large size of mold,the two-anvil die are widely used in modern science,industrial production and other fields.The life,reliability and friction and wear mechanism of the die can be studied by the two-anvil press.As the source of power for the experimental study of the two-anvil die,the structure of the frame and the performance of the hydraulic system will have a great influence on the work of the two-anvil die.In this paper,according to the requirements of the design experiment of the ultra-high pressure two-anvil die,the frame and hydraulic system of the two-anvil press are designed,and the key technologies are preliminarily studied.The main focus of this paper is to ensure the rationality and reliability of the frame structure and hydraulic system design of the two-anvil press.On the basis of referring to the technical research in relevant fields at home and abroad,the different types of press with different structures are compared to carry out the design of two-anvil press frame structure and hydraulic system.The details are as follows:Firstly,starting from the frame structure and working principle of two-anvil press,this paper introduces three types of frame structure design combined with domestic and foreign two-anvil press,and selects the best scheme from the comparison and analysis of the three types.Secondly,According to the main technical parameters of two-anvil press,on two-anvil press frame design,and the requirements of two-anvil press condition,design meet the actual needs of press hydraulic system,and key components of hydraulic system on its design and calculation,at the same time in all the parts of the hydraulic system components on the selection and determination of the parameters.Using the DM module in ANSYS\Workbench software,the 3d simplified model of each part is established.The strength and stiffness of the frame and its main components were analyzed in ANSYS\Workbench software,so as to provide the basis for determining the reasonable design of the press structure.Again,in the light of the characteristics of two-anvil press machine and technical performance requirements,using finite element simulation software ANSYS/Workbench platform of press frame on the modal analysis and fatigue life analysis,get the natural vibration frequency and the corresponding vibration mode and the fatigue life diagram,using the ADAMS software in combination with the actual may be due to mould and sealing material defects caused by loss of load vibration analysis,the two-anvil press dynamic performance and fatigue life provide the relevant data to support.Finally,according to the cavity pressure required by the two-anvil molds,AMESim software was used to model the main loop of the hydraulic system and conduct simulation analysis.The results show that the hydraulic system can keep the stability of the working process and meet the requirements of the two-anvil press.Figure [42] table [6] parameter [64].
