| With the continuous evolution and development of internationalization and marketization,on the one hand,the fluctuation of mineral price,the competition between mining industry and mineral substitute industry is getting more and more intense,and mining enterprise is faced with the challenge of survival and development.On the other hand,as the awareness of environmental protection raises and the relevant laws and policies are constantly improving,mining enterprises will be no longer avoided with a series of problems,such as environmental pollution and ecological damage caused by the production of mine enterprises It is a major problem faced by mining enterprises that how to take overall consideration of enterprise development and environmental protection,and it also should be considered by researchers in the correlative field policymakers.This paper begins with the current status of environmental protection investment.Then the article summarizes the principal problem in the research field,which based on the analysis of the present situations of the environmental protection investment and comprehensive profits,and defines the fundamental conception of environmental protection investment benefits,including economic benefits,environmental benefits and social benefits.Descibing the theory and content of environmental protection,basing on environmental protection investment’ features on fixed assets investment and environmental protection.Then,discussing the theory and method of comprehensive benefits of environmental protection investment,combining the law,policy and literatures,and construct an evaluation index system for comprehensive benefit of environmental investment.The evaluation work is consist of the empowerment of the indicators of comprehensive benefits of environmental investment,the determination of fuzzy relation matrix and the construction of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.Through the empirical study on environmental protection investment project of Zijinshan Gold Copper Mine,several conclusions could be drew from the study described above.The comprehensive benefits of environmental protection investment is remarkable,which is worth mining enterprises thinking of the investment in environmental protection.And the evaluation index system and evaluation model are reasonable and feasible,that can also be used for other related environmental protection investment projects evaluation.Finally,helping mining enterprise to recognize the considerable comprehensive benefits and provide the reference standards and decision-making in environmental protection investment,through the research.Further,mining enterprise can find the best balance between environmental protection and enterprise benefits. |
