K Company Production Operational Improvement Proposal Research

By research of production management of K Company including production schedule plan,coating head management,production board and equipment subsidiary management to sum up some management issues and to figure out the ways to solve them.Firstly,the research begins from the order management in K company,to deeply understand the processing flow of order to further know the nature of the coating industry,so we can offer the direction for production schedule aiming to get better scheduling for K company with displine and management system design,aslo thingking about how to avoid human intervention;besides,we provide the direction for production scheduling that is compatiable with daily production and operation for maximum increasing operation efficiency and utility of equipment.Secondly,we come out how can we increasing the utility of coating head to get high productivity from firstly studying the speciality of coating head to understand the reason of the key to operation efficiency,limits and impact to quality.Then,we know production balance is important for production output,waster control.There is a useful control tool is production board that is widely used in many manufacturing enterprises.Production board is famous in boosting productivity and reducing waste.So we study to undersand the where K company is in using production board and the improvement space of using about this tool.Lastly,by studyding the current preparation status of production and equipment subsidiary uses in common to get the OEE data to compare the old one.By improving the operation of solvent mixing and management control to make sure solvent is in proper supply condition which is important for coating process.This paper hugely uses the standard thoughts nad theories as well as introduce the theory of constraints,lean manufacturing and so on,combing considering the nature of coating industry to figure out and design the improve plans to get the high operation efficiency,high uititily of equipment and high quality.
