Research On Lean Manufacturing Improvement Of M Company

With the development of China’s economic,the domestic manufacturing industry has attracted worldwide attention achievements and development.However,in recent years,the golden period of the development of China’s manufacturing industry has passed,the profit of the manufacturing industry is generally low.Implementation of lean production is an important means to maintain the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry.The theory of lean production is recognized as the most advanced production management way,using the concept of lean production and tools for manufacturing enterprises which can improve production site management activities,also can implement the lean management in production processes,eliminate all the waste of production so that can significantly improve the operation efficiency and improve enterprise competitiveness.This paper takes M company electrolysis production workshop as the research object.To propose improvement plans from the standpoint of eliminating waste.In this paper,the improvement method is mainly by using the theory of lean production in workshop targeting at production personnel work time utilization rate,low comprehensive utilization rate of equipment,material handling is not scientific,automation degree is not high,the form of maintaining information is backward,and trying to put forward a feasible design plan.According to the actual situation of the company to bring forward the corresponding safeguard measures.So as to reduce enterprise cost and enhance the competitive capability.This paper first introduces production site management and lean manufacturing.Secondly,it introduces M company and organization chart together with current production status.To design a series of improvement plan regarding to production waste issue which trying to analyze personal factor management,equipment management,material process management,information factor management.To adopt 5S management,optimize organization chart,improve employee assessment system,optimize equipment maintenance process,re-analyze material handling method,improve equipment process,change the form of information record in order to achieve the goal of mitigating waste.Finally,the implementation of the improvement plan is guaranteed by measures such as strengthening staff training awareness,establishing an overall assessment mechanism and strengthening the company’s information management level.
