Research On The Recycling Model Of Pesticide Packaging Waste Based On Government Subsidy

In the period of rapid economic development in our country,and the pace of urbanization is accelerating.While people pursue high-quality life,there are more and more rural wastes,including a large amount of pesticide packaging waste.In addition,toxic chemicals in pesticide packaging waste will destroy the activity of the land,and the packaging materials will not degrade by themselves.The scattered waste may also enter the drinking water source,and the ecological environment is greatly threatened.In order to solve these problems fundamentally and prevent continued pollution and destruction of the environment.It is necessary to study the recycling mode of pesticide packaging waste.Based on the theory of game theory and reverse supply chain,this paper draws on domestic and foreign research experience,analysis of the problems existing in pesticide packaging waste recycling at present stage in China,combined with the incentives of government subsidies,pesticide producers,pesticide retailers or third-party recyclers are used as recycling agents,construction of profit function based on Stackberg game model,sensitivity analysis was carried out in the model equilibrium solution for the allocation of government subsidies,price sensitivity factors,recovery prices and recovery difficulties.The conclusion shows that the retailer recycle model is the best among the three recycling modes,which can achieve both the optimal total profit of the supply chain and the maximum benefit of the government,that is,realizing a win-win benefit between economic benefit and environmental benefit.Taking the recycling of pesticide packaging waste in Gaoping town of liuyang city as an example,the local recycling situation was analyzed in detail,putting forward the countermeasures and suggestions from the government,enterprises and farmers three aspects,for the construction of addition to the beautiful countryside.
