In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy and society,the scale of urbanization continues to expand,and the construction industry is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges,of which,the problem of construction waste has become one of the obstacles on its development path.China's construction waste industry started late,with large stocks and low resource utilization rate.If not properly handled,it will seriously affect social development and people's lives.Therefore,the research on construction waste management and control issues is needed and forced by the situation.This paper studies the problem of precise control mode of construction waste through theoretical research and engineering practice.The theoretical research part of this paper starts with the development status of China's construction waste and construction waste industry,clarifies a series of basic concepts of construction waste from the perspective of precise control of construction waste,and includes the development status,demand and trend of China's construction waste treatment industry through the collation and analysis of relevant data of construction waste treatment industry in China in recent years.After the overall control of China's construction waste problem,field visit and investigate more than ten pilot cities of construction waste in China,analyze the common problems of the current management and control mode,and give suggestions for targeted improvement.Finally,form the definition and connotation of the precise control model of construction waste in China,study the specific content of construction waste precise control,and establish a precise control method system for construction waste.According to the research results,apply and formulate the Technical Regulations for Precision Control of Urban Construction Waste to fill the gaps of domestic standard in this field.In terms of engineering practice,this paper verifies the established precise control mode and selects typical renovation projects for demonstration research.Apply the summary of the construction waste control method system to the engineering practice,and the study shows the source characteristics of the demonstration project decoration waste;it is calculated that the total amount of garbage generated in the project is about 191.8t by using the area conversion method;the environmental monitoring and management system of decoration waste is established,and the specific sampling methods,monitoring indicators,methods,frequency,etc.are given,which can be directly applied to the actual monitoring and analysis;explore the on-site clearing and storage management methods;formulate the treatment and disposal mode of decoration waste and the approaches of recycling different kinds of decoration waste in this project.Finally,summarize the application of the precise control model of construction waste in this project,clarify that there are still some shortcomings in source classification,material control,temporary storage point protection,monitoring,etc.,which can be used for reference and improvement in other projects.This paper summarizes the shortcomings of China's existing management and control mode,targeted puts forward some concepts and ideas,clarifies the concept of construction waste precise control mode,proposes the specific method of construction waste precise control mode,and applies for the formulation of Technical Regulations for Precision Control of Urban Construction Wase,the research in this paper can improve China's construction waste control system,and provide new thoughts and ideas for all relevant departments.
