With the rapid development of the economy, the scale of urban housing, traffic, reconstruction and demolition has been continuously expanded, accompanied by a large amount of construction waste. The disposal of construction waste is an obstacle to the sustainable development of cities.Construction waste management started late in China, construction waste-related industries have developed slowly, and disposal is scattered, and no unified disposal model has been formed. Therefore,it is necessary to establish a systematic construction waste disposal model. In this paper, the following research is conducted on the construction waste disposal system through theoretical research and engineering practice.Firstly, analyze the existing classification mode of construction waste in China, and find that the biggest problem is that the classification is not detailed enough, and a reasonable classification mode has an important impact on subsequent transportation and disposal.Based on the existing classification, this paper puts forward a secondary classification method, which is mainly divided into metal class, organic class, inorganic nonmetal class and toxic class. This paper proposes a two-level classification method based on the existing classification, which is mainly divided into metal, organic, inorganic non-metallic and toxic. On the basis of the secondary sub-classification,the demolition waste, decoration waste and engineering waste are subdivided into second-level subcategories. In addition, according to the degree of pollution, the classification of wood in construction waste is studied separately.Combined with the research on construction waste disposal and resource utilization methods,a system for construction waste sorting, transportation, and disposal is proposed.Secondly,For the construction waste exceeding the standard, pollution must be repaired and disposed of.According to the measured chemical composition and mineral composition,it is found that the mineral composition and content of engineering dregs vary greatly in different areas. The mineral composition of different soil layers in the same area varies. The mineral composition changes before and after the same dregs treatment. There are differences in the mineral composition and content of concrete for different uses. The environmental indicators of part of the construction waste are determined.Analyze the environmental properties of construction waste, and take ceramsite and sulfate cement as examples to analyze the feasibility of differentconstruction waste as two building material raw materials, and find that only part of the construction waste meets the requirements. Then, according to the existing environmental standards and building material standards in China, the environmental monitoring indexes and limits of the environment around the construction waste source and the construction landfill site are proposed,Mainly include heavy metals, formaldehyde and other organic substances.Ensure the environmental safety during construction waste disposal. The quality index and limit value of the recycled products are put forward to ensure the safety of the products when they leave the factory. Finally, taking the Ningbo Viaduct Project as an example, the characteristics of construction waste at different stages of the project are studied, the construction waste output is estimated, and the classification scheme, monitoring scheme, and disposal scheme of construction waste of the project are proposed to reduce the harm of construction waste to the environment. The design phase of the construction waste disposal system must be combined with the actual situation of the project. This paper proposes a whole-process disposal system based on classification system, monitoring system and resource-based analysis system, which provides a systematic reference for construction waste management.
