With the improvement of productivity and the progress of industrial technology,the production and quality requirements of rolling strip steel in machinery manufacturing and other industries are constantly improving.In the process of strip rolling,the influence of different rolling parameters on the quality of strip rolling and the vibration of rolling mill is different.Among them,the abnormal vibration of rolling mill occurs frequently when rolling thin strip,which has a great impact on the quality of rolling strip and the life of rolling equipment.Taking F2 rolling mill of 1580 hot strip mill in a steel plant as the research object,the rolling process of roll and strip is studied by means of field test,simulation calculation and finite element analysis.The influence of surface ripple of strip and different rolling parameters on strip rolling process is analyzed,and the influence of rolling parameters on strip rolling process is summarized.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Considering the dynamic change of rolling force induced by vertical vibration of rolling mill,a more accurate dynamic rolling force formula for strip rolling process is established,and the rationality of the dynamic rolling force model is verified by comparing the numerical results of the model with the rolling force parameters monitored in field experiments.Then,by analyzing the influence of deformation temperature,deformation speed and deformation degree on deformation resistance,the influence of the above parameters on rolling force is studied.(2)In order to analyze the change of the roll under stress,the finite element static analysis of the roll system of the rolling mill is carried out,and the equivalent stress,strain and displacement vectors of the roll under stress are studied,and then the weakest position of the maximum force,deformation and vibration displacement of the roll is analyzed.Then the modal analysis of the working roll and the supporting roll is carried out,and the first ten vibration modes and the vibration shadow of the roll are analyzed.The greatest intrinsic characteristic.(3)The process of roll rolling is simulated in ANSYS/LS-DYNA.The distribution and magnitude of equivalent stress and strain in rolling process with or without vibration marks on strip surface are studied,and the rolling force changes in rolling process are analyzed.By changing the main rolling parameters,such as rolling speed,friction coefficient,front and rear tension and rolling reduction,the influence on strip rolling deformation is analyzed.The results show that changing friction coefficient and rolling reduction has the most obvious effect on strip rolling deformation.
