With the continuous deepening of automotive lightweight,the application field of dual-phase steel has continued to expand,and the demand for dual-phase steel in the market has continued to increase.As the main steel species in the first-generation automotive steel,dual-phase steel is in the car body.And the proportion of parts and components is very large.High-strength Automobile Plate Co.,Ltd..of HBIS is the "12th Five-Year Plan" key project in Hebei Province,and it is also the most important project for product structure adjustment.The product is positioned as a maximum tensile strength of 1200 MPa,a special performance plate are designed.On the basis of market research and upgrading of steelmaking and hot rolling process equipment,the conditions for the development of dual-phase steel series products have been established.The research work is as follows: 1)To study the effects of chemical components on phase transition and material properties,formulated chemical components and steelmaking processes.2)Studied on the control and analysis methods of macro segregation analysis of continuous casting billets.3)Studied the influence of high strength steel mechanical property fluctuation on subsequent acid rolling process.4)Optimized final rolling and rolling temperature according to the results of CCT curve simulation.5)Setted the rolling transition according to the design capability of the 1580 line mill and winding machine.6)Optimized the process parameters of the key process of production and improved the surface quality.7)Different annealing and leveling processes were studied for cold-rolled annealing double phase steels with different thickness specifications and strength levels to achieve the stability of the performance with different thickness.8)Conducted performance stability control research in key processes of cold-rolled dual-phase steel production,reduced the performance fluctuations in the direction of the length and width of the steel coil,and achieved uniform product performance.Finally,the purpose of providing users with high-quality products to meet the needs of users is achieved.Figure 65;Table 34;Reference 43...
