Research On Highway Tunnel Operation Safety Evaluation Management System Based On ASP.NET

With the continuous growth of the construction scale and quantity in the field of transportation and engineering in our country,tunnel,as an important part of the transportation in our country,after a large number of tunnel construction is completed and delivered for operation,many safety problems become increasingly apparent,which brings great trouble to people's travel.At present,China's safety assessment technology for highway tunnels is still in the development stage.It is urgent to introduce new theories and technologies.Nowadays,the rapid development of information technology and network technology has made the highway tunnels have more room for improvement in the field of system development.To this end,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the influencing factors during the operation of highway tunnels,establishes a comprehensive evaluation method for road tunnel operation safety,and develops a corresponding evaluation management system based on the comprehensive evaluation method of tunnel operation safety in order to help the intelligent construction and scientific operation management of the tunnel.Based on this,this paper studies related theories and systems,and finally develops a complete highway tunnel operation safety evaluation management system.The main work includes the following:First,in-depth analysis of the main factors leading to accidents in highway tunnel system,and establish a road tunnel operation safety evaluation index system.Finally,according to relevant norms and requirements,establish qualitative and quantitative evaluation criteria for indicators.The analytic hierarchy process is used to establish the weight of each indicator.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the highway tunnel system,the data envelopment analysis method is applied in the tunnel management performance evaluation,and the performance evaluation model of tunnel operation management based on DEA(data envelopment analysis)is established and analyzed by examples.Thirdly,the results of tunnel management performance evaluation based on DEA are transformed by membership function in fuzzy mathematics,and combined with the evaluation results of other five factors by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method;a comprehensive evaluation model of highway tunnel operation safety is constructed.Fourth,according to the needs of users,the system functions are designed,the system operating environment is analyzed,the logical structure and network structure are designed,and the system development framework is built.Fifth,based on.Net Framework,using ASP.NET and ADO.NET technology,adopting B/S system mode,applying C# language,using SQL Server2008 as background database to realize road tunnel operation safety evaluation management system and details the key technologies in the system development process...
