In the stages of the development of natural gas fields,natural gas produced by gas wells is supercharged by pressurized natural gas engines driven by gas-fired internal combustion engines,so natural gas engines are widely used in oil fields.When the engine is working,the flue gas of high-temperature will be discharged.The role of the heat exchanger of flue gas in the recovery system of waste heat is to displace the heat in the flue gas by heat exchange and use it in other places.The heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger determines the working efficiency of the entire recovery system to a large extent.Therefore,in order to improve the efficiency of waste heat recovery,this paper has designed and simulated the thermal oil heat exchanger to meet the field application and provide a basis for the further design of the thermal oil heat exchanger.The main contents are as follows:(1)Through the investigation of the on-site working conditions and the existing residual heat utilization technology,determine the heat exchange medium,heat exchanger materials selected by the heat exchanger,and determine the heat exchanger structure suitable for use with the flue gas recovery,and the heat transfer oil type heat exchange The device design is calculated to obtain the heat exchanger structure size.(2)The flow field numerical simulation experiment was carried out for the designed heat-conducting oil heat exchanger,and the influences of the import and export speed,temperature,and the inlet speed of the flue gas on the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger and the economic effect of the waste heat recovery system were analyzed.(3)Simulate and analyze the heat exchange efficiency of the circular fin heat exchange tubes used in the heat-conducting oil heat exchanger,compare the heat transfer effect of the arrangement of the fork rows and the arrangement of the heat exchangers,and determine the heat exchange effect under the conditions of using the field.Better circular fin tube transverse,longitudinal tube spacing,fin height,fin spacing.
