The obvious advantages of ESP are high efficiency,large amount of treatment,low cost of subsequent operation and maintenance,and no two pollution.So it is especially suitable for the cleaning and treatment of dust in thermal power,metallurgy,petrochemical,machinery,building materials and other industries.Electrostatic precipitator(ESP)is an integrated equipment which combines mechanical and electrical control.Through theoretical research and long-term engineering practice,it shows that the technical performance of electrostatic precipitator electrical control system plays a crucial role in the overall performance of ESP.Based on the electrical control system of the ESP in traditional thermal power generation units,based on the study of the basic working principle of ARM+DSP dual processor and electrostatic precipitator,the design of power control system of ESP is completed.First,this paper introduces the basic structure of ESP? dust removal principle and common power supply mode? and summarizes the research background and the domestic and foreign development status of electric precipitator,puts forward some problems in the current ESP power supply control exists,and the relationship between the removal efficiency and power control,thus,the basic idea and scheme of the design are determined.Secondly,The main power circuit topology structure and power device selection parameters are given,such as full bridge rectifier,filter capacitor,IGBT device and so on.The specific device type is given according to the parameters.This paper introduces the realization way of SPWM control mode.Then,the hardware and software design of the ESP power control system based on ARM+DSP processor platform is introduced in detail.The biggest feature of the control system is the design of two processor data parallel processing,The ARM processor is responsible for man-machine interface,communication,data exchange and low voltage component management.DSP is mainly responsible for the functions of driving,measuring,controlling and protecting the power circuit.ARM+DSP processor with parallel data exchange scheme solves the bottleneck problem of data exchange,the mutual interference between two processor,real-time control system to ensure the highest,ESP power supply has been in the best condition,which can improve the rate of dust removal efficiency greatly.Finally,the actual operation of the power system and the test and test situation are introduced.This paper summarizes the work done,and points out the shortcomings in the system design according to the use situation,and also provides the idea for the improvement of the next step.
