With the promotion of container water-based paint,research on waterborne coatings for containers has also accelerated the pace.As a domestic private enterprise engaged in the research and development of water-based paint for containers,A has made some progress in tackling technical problems after several years of research and exploration.However,there are still many quality problems when it comes to on-line trial,which makes it impossible to finalize the product.Product formula is the core information of chemical products,involving the type of raw material,proportion,production technology,construction technology and other key information.Changes and adjustments in any one event will eventually lead to changes in product formulations.Therefore,in the early stage of product design,using Design for Six Sigma to solve the front-end design problem of enterprise A and reducing the design change is the key to reducing the R & D cost and winning the market competition.Taking the development of containers waterborne coatings in enterprise A as research target,using the principles and basic methods of DFSS to explore the product development process of Six Sigma design.According to the analysis of customer demands and the use of Quality Function Deployment,the thesis transforms container customer demands into technical requirements,raw materials,production and construction technology requires,four levels of the House of Quality.In the first level of House of Quality,it determines the technical parameters of water-based container coating products and research goals,and analyzes technical conflict;the second level converts technical parameters to raw material requirements,and confirms the types of raw materials for container coatings;The third and the fourth research container coating preparation technology and construction technology.Combined with R & D experience of water-based coatings and Six Sigma design flow to complete container water-based paint R & D design.The paper solves the technical conflict,production and construction problems by TRIZ invention problem solving principle;and determines the key raw materials and their dosage by the DOE experimental design(orthogonal test).Exploring the best construction technology with the application experience of waterborne container coatings.This paper summarizes the basic research methods and ideas of waterborne coatings through QFD,TRIZ and experimental design methods.The research results are the basic formulation and construction technology of waterborne container coatings.To provide R & D project management and product development ideas for chemical enterprises to attach importance to technology research and development and strengthen project management play a certain reference.
