Research On The Path Of Green Transformation And Development In China’s Construction Industry

The high energy consumption,high pollution and low efficiency of the construction industry have been the main characteristics of the development of the construction industry in China.Especially in recent years,the overall profit margins in China’s construction industry are declining,construction waste is increasing,the level of technology and equipment is relatively low,and the demand for environmental protection and energy saving in the development of the national construction industry is higher and higher.All of these forces China’s construction industry to carry out the green transformation and development.This article as a starting point for research on China’s construction of the green transformation and development,through the green level of development of the current problems of the construction industry analysis,from the development of the construction industry dynamic green transformation driving mechanism,explore the path of green transformation and the development of the construction industry,to enrich and improve the theory of industrial transformation from a certain degree on.At the same time,the concrete path of green development transformation in China’s construction industry is put forward,which provides some guidance for the green transformation and development of China’s construction industry.This study is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly introduces the background and significance of this study,summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad,and expounds the contents and methods of this study.The second part is the theoretical basis.The main theoretical basis of this paper is the theory of sustainable development,the theory of green development,the theory of circular economy and the theory of industrial upgrading.The third part of the analysis of the status quo.This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of China’s construction industry and the practice of green development,and evaluates the green development level of the construction industry through the DEA model,and analyzes the reasons for the lack of green development in the current construction industry.The fourth part of the path study.Aiming at the analysis of the current situation,this paper puts forward the idea of green transformation and development of China’s construction industry,and gives three transformation development paths,namely,circular economy,innovation drive and industrial convergence.The fifth part of the case analysis.This paper mainly analyzes the specific construction cases of China Construction three bureau from the perspective of enterprise transformation and development,evaluates the effect of green transformation development of the project,and gives suggestions for transformation and development of enterprises.The sixth part is the conclusion and suggestion of this paper.Through the study,this paper holds that the current level of green development in China’s construction industry is low.The overall analysis and regional analysis,know that the overall trend of the development of China’s green construction industry has increased,but considering the energy consumption index,total labor productivity,we can know from 2000 to 2004,the energy consumption per unit of output is reduced obviously,2005 to 2009 years,the energy consumption per unit output value is unchanged 2010-2014 years,the energy consumption per unit output value has lower efficiency.This shows that the current level of green development in China’s construction industry is not high,and the speed of transformation is slow.Aiming at the problem of China’s construction industry green development level is low,this paper constructs three paths of green transformation of China’s construction industry development,through the reuse of resources,construction of resources and energy,and combined with the innovation of technology,management,business model,and the integration of construction industry and industrialization,information technology,energy saving and environmental protection industry.Drive the green transformation of China’s construction industry development gives the specific path of circular economy road,the road of innovation,industrial integration of the road,from the specific path of industrial level gives the transformation and development of construction industry.In order to ensure the green transformation of China’s construction industry development is carried out,based on the construction of three cases analysis of construction enterprises shall,when the green development concept of circular economy into the enterprise strategy,driven by innovation and improve the technical equipment rate of enterprises,through the industrial integration,new models and new formats to explore industry development the operation efficiency of the construction industry,reduce the operation cost of enterprises.Thus,through the transformation of construction enterprises,the transformation and development of the whole industry will be promoted.
