Risk Assessment Technology And Countermeasure Of Dangerous Cargo Container Port Operation

In recent years,with the increasing variety and quantity of dangerous goods,waterway transportation has become an important way of transportation of this kind of goods,port operation is very prone to explosion,leakage safety accidents.It is of great significance to carry out the research on safety risk assessment technology and countermeasure of dangerous goods container port operation in port area,which is helpful to reduce the occurrence of fire and explosion accidents.This paper takes NS port area as the object,comprehensive literature retrieval method,investigation and analysis method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,accident simulation combination and other methods to carry out research,and achieved the following results:(1)Field investigation of NS port area,analysis of natural conditions,layout,process flow,infrastructure situation and safety management status,study the characteristics of dangerous goods operation,identification of dangerous goods stacking and handling harmful factors in the port area.(2)Summarize the existing national technical specifications of NS port area is not clear,the maneuverability is poor,the operation transportation kind is many,the quantity is large,the link is many,the practitioner professional quality is uneven,the cargo owner falsely misrepresents,the enterprise self-rescue and the external emergency relief ability and so on potential security risk.(3)Using CASST-QRA evaluation software,the range of dangerous goods explosion in NS port area is calculated quantitatively.(4)From the angle of comprehensive management of safety production,operation Safety management and comprehensive government supervision,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of safety prevention and control,and improves the level of safety operation of NS port.The research results of this paper have certain guiding significance for further improving the safety management of dangerous goods container operation,preventing the occurrence of port production safety accidents,and maintaining the order of normal production and operation of enterprises.
