Study On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Port Dangerous Goods Safety Supervision In T City

In recent years,international trade has developed rapidly,and port transportation,as a relatively economic mode of transportation in international trade,has become increasingly important.At present,the international transportation of dangerous goods basically depends on the port transportation.After the Tianjin port accident,the safety supervision of dangerous goods has received unprecedented attention,but the port safety supervision is affected by various factors,lack of supervision experience,and the supervision becomes more and more difficult.Facing the difficult situation,how to combine with the local practice to do a good job in port dangerous goods safety supervision is in front of every port.This paper aims to study the safety supervision of dangerous goods in port of T city,analyze the status quo and problems,find the causes of the problems,and propose countermeasures to improve the safety supervision of dangerous goods in port in the next stage.Based on the theories of public governance,government regulation and emergency management,this paper analyzes the current situation of the safety supervision of dangerous goods in port of T city,and puts forward some Suggestions to solve the problems.Article expounds T port city of dangerous goods safety regulation subject and regulation object,secondly,introduces the T city port problems that exist in the dangerous goods safety supervision,including security regulatory responsibilities overlapping,imperfect laws and regulations,has yet to establish an effective emergency rescue system,,it is necessary to strengthen the supervision team and one by one,analyzing the reason of the problem;Then from the port of dangerous goods safety supervision system,legal system,emergency management,information technology experience at home and abroad are analyzed,and finally from straightening out the port of dangerous goods safety regulatory system,clear dangerous goods regulatory responsibilities,strengthen the construction of emergency rescue system,strengthening the guarantee mechanism and so on proposed T city port of dangerous goods safety supervision countermeasures and Suggestions.
