Research On Expansion Of Qinhuangdao Port Coal Logistics Online Service Platform

Qinhuangdao Port,as the representative of the advanced ports in China,has led the construction and development of a number of similar ports,especially the two major ports represented by Guotou Group and Shenhua Group,and has not slowed down the pace of catching up with Qinhuangdao Port.Facing this reality,Qinhuangdao Port should change the traditional port development mode,improve and optimize the port service function.Qingang has laid a good foundation in the field of information technology for many years,and has made efforts to further accelerate the transformation of the port and maintain the leading position in the industry.Therefore,the development mode of "Internet + port" based on the construction of online service platform is in line with the development needs of modern port coal logistics.This paper takes Qinhuangdao Port as the research object,takes the whole process of coal import and export business as the main business,takes the coal supply and demand and logistics enterprises as the main service object,constructs the online service platform to meet customer needs,realizes the integrated service system of platform foreground and main business,and promotes the integration of modern logistics industry chain resources.The efficient collaboration between Harmony and industrial value chain promotes the construction of platform service system.Meanwhile,the feasibility evaluation of online service platform construction is completed.Firstly,the introduction clarifies the background and significance of the topic selection,reviews the current research results,and summarizes the overall research content and research methods.Secondly,the basic theory is summarized,the basic theory of coal logistics and logistics information platform is summarized,the characteristics of port coal logistics online service platform are defined,and the related theories of BPM and service bus oriented SOA architecture are summarized,which provide the theoretical basis for the platform scalability construction scheme design.Third,clear the status quo and informatization status of supporting the Qinhuangdao Port coal logistics online service platform.By describing the status quo of online services,value-added services and the construction of existing online service system,this paper gives the construction requirements of platform scalability.Fourth,put forward the platform expansion plan.This paper designs the platform target architecture based on SOA,defines the overall target framework,business application framework and standard control framework of the platform,and completes the expansibility function design of the platform,including port cargo business online processing,port online services and electronic transactions.Finally,the technical support system of the platform is given.Fifth,fourth aspects of the platform expansion application countermeasures.Formulate the platform standard system,determine the platform operation mode and coordination mechanism,and finally strengthen the online service platform information and service supervision.
