Design of BeiZao coal mine automation platform based on industrial Ethernetintroduces the network technology and the process control technology into the coalmine, in order to achieve automation remote control of the various productionprocesses in the production of coal mine, obtain the unattended system to improve theefficiency of equipment running and escort the safety of the production of coal mine.The objectives of system design are to build industrial Ethernet which isregarded as a unique data transmission platform and covers the whole mine, toachieve the production process automation, the safety of the digital monitoring, theibformation of business management and to ultimately make the production of mineand the decision of management intelligent and scientific.This design that uses advanced network technology, automation technology,communication technology, computer technology, and achieves the equipmentmodernization of coal mine, system automation, management information is to obtainthe mine automation system regarding the Ethernet and fieldbus as the networkplatform.Design of BeiZao coal mine automation platform is based on the status ofBeiZao coal mine including equipment, production processes, mine layout, andcombines with the rapidly developing information technology through my deepinvestigation, analysises the node and necessity of the construction of digital mine inBeiZao coal mine, elaborates the design of automation subsystem, the way ofsoftware access, control mode, the centralized management of distributed controlsystem, data processing and sharing, that is to say, using internet/intranet as the basis,controlling network using fieldbus including porufibus, modbus and485bus as thelower-level, accessing via OPC protocol and iFIX configuration forms an openautomation network platform with compatibility, redundancy and scalability. Theplatform consists of all mine automation system including the power supplyautomation systems, the main transport automation systems, the drainage automationsystem, the allobaric wind automation system, the coal preparation automation system and the fanning machine automation system. Through the platform we can achieve theremote centralized control of the all mine automation system in the monitoring center,and in this way can we not only increase efficiency, co-ordinate the production,improve the quality of the system, provide a scientific basis for reliability but alsoobtain various operating parameters of the system to achieve the dynamicmanagement of the equipment. The platform is not only a concrete manifestation andan important means which uses technology to ensure safety but also an effective wayof ensuring safety of coal mine. It is positive to build a peace BeiZao coal mine andmakes the safety production of coal mine and the business management changingessentially.
