Research On Multi-agent Cooperation In Ecologica Governance

A good ecological environment is the fundamental foundation and guarantee for the sustainable development of human and society.Harmonizing the relationship between man and nature is an eternal topic of human civilization.With the practice and development of socialist modernization in China,the contradiction between economic construction and ecological environment has become increasingly prominent.It is urgent to speed up the study of ecological environment governance system.Despite years of practice and development,China has initially formed a situation of eco-environmental protection with the government as the main body and the participation of enterprises,social organizations and the public,but there are still many problems,and the pattern of cooperation and co-governance among the main bodies has not yet been established.Guided by Marxist Community Thought and Marxist Subjectivity Thought,this paper analyses the current situation of multi-subject cooperation in ecological governance in China,finds out the predicament and causes of multi-subject cooperation in ecological governance,and combines theory with practice in accordance with classical and developing Marxist theory.The effective cooperation of meta-subjects on the issue of ecological governance has been discussed and thought enlightening.Firstly,based on the theoretical perspective of Marxist Community Thought and Marxist Subjective Thought,the article probes into the current situation of multi-subject cooperation in China’s ecological governance,pointing out that in the practice of ecological governance,the government,enterprises,social organizations,the public and other subjects There has been a certain degree of cooperation.However,these cooperations are mostly limited to the guidance of the party and the government.The conscious cooperation mechanism has not been formed,and some difficulties in cooperation have emerged,such as the conflict of interests of multiple governance subjects,the lack of supervision mechanisms,and the lack of input on the subject and practice.Secondly,from a theoretical point of view,the causes of the dilemma are found as follows: the fog of “illusory community”causes the subject to neglect the “commonality” of the community;the imbalance of “autonomy” leads to the subject to neglect the “commonality” of the community;and the lack of “initiative” causes the subject to neglect the “symbiosis” of the community.Finally,according to the theoretical guidance of Marxist community thought and Marxist subjectivity thought,the paper explores the ways to realize the co-governance pattern of government,enterprise and society as soon as possible.First,it establishes the principle of multi-subject interaction and cooperation;second,it clarifies that the ultimate goal and path of multi-subject realization of ecological cooperative governance should be: human,social and natural contradictions.Really solve the problem andestablish an “ecological community”;Third,the new practice of constructing the pattern of interactive and cooperative governance: practicing the governance thinking of “national cooperation”;forming the governance layout of main body cooperation;expanding the autonomous space of main body cooperation;pursuing the unity of main body and process of governance,and so on.In addition,in view of the reality and complexity of environmental problems,this paper combines the selected typical cases of ecological governance in some parts of China with my field investigation,analyses the realistic situation of the multi-subject of ecological governance,and demonstrates the practical feasibility of the multi-subject cooperation pattern in ecological governance.
