The Port Ecological Efficiency Research Based On DEA Model

The ecological and green development of the port has always been one of the key points of domestic green transportation construction.At present,our country has issued a number of policies to guide the green construction of the port.At the same time,the port is constantly exploring effective measures on the basis of its own development.The ecological development measures that are compatible with the actual situation will continue to promote port ecological construction by introducing advanced production technologies,formulating targeted development policies,and implementing rational port planning.However,how to effectively measure and compare the achievements of ports in ecological and green development is a key issue that needs to be resolved in research.Based on the existing research situation,through the theory of ecological economics,data envelopment analysis and other theories,use the combination of theoretical research and empirical analysis to explore the cxurrent status of ecological green development of domestic ports,and analyze the existing problems.Select appropriate research objects,combined with the actual determination of input and output and environmental factors indicators,and use super-efficient three-stage DEA combined with the Malmquist index method to evaluate and analyze the port ecological efficiency.With the evaluation results,combined with the problems in the development,propose targeted countermeasures.Provide a certain reference for the port’s future ecological development.Through the port ecological efficiency evaluation,it can be found that the level of its evaluation results is correlated with the development level of the port,and the difference of efficiency between ports is large.Ports with higher eco-efficiency values not only have higher development standards in terms of system,management and technology,but also have a better balance with the development level of the port.According to the current policy environment,we will analyze the problems and summarize the problems from the overall development,atmospheric environment,water environment and on-site environment,and also have reference value for the future development of the port.
