China has a long winemaking history,and there are many varieties of wine.Alcohol as a material no longer exists objectively.It is more a cultural symbol.It not only contains material culture but also spiritual culture.The extensive and profound wine culture has penetrated into all areas of human life,and wine culture tourism has increasingly become a characteristic tourism in mass tourism.By combing the literature on wine culture tourism at home and abroad,it can be found that foreign wine culture tourism research mainly focuses on wine tourism,and all aspects of research are relatively mature;The domestic wine culture tourism started late.Although there are many wine varieties involved in the study,most of them are based on case analysis,lack of quantitative research methods,and few studies on the construction of tourist perception evaluation system.In this situation,as the Chinese liquor capital of Suqian,studying the perception quality of wine culture tourism is of great significance to the sustainable development of wine culture tourism in Suqian.Based on the perception perspective of tourists,this article selects the most representative wine cultural tourism scenic spot in Suqian-Yanghe Winery Cultural Tourism Area as a research example.Through questionnaire survey,with the help of descriptive statistical analysis,factor analysis,variance analysis and IPA analysis method,the data was statistically analyzed to summarize the dimensional characteristics and differences of the perceived quality of tourists in Suqian wine culture tourist attractions.This article concludes the following research conclusions:(1)Tourists’ gender,age,and education level have significant differences in the perception dimension of wine culture tourism expectations,and there is no significant difference in occupation and monthly income level.(2)Generally speaking,the actual perception level of tourists in Suqian wine cultural tourism scenic spots is generally lower than the expected level.(3)Tourists’ perception of Suqian wine culture tourism mainly includes four levels:wine culture creation,technology display,participation interaction and tourism services.(4)The main problems of the perceived quality of tourists in Suqian wine cultural tourism scenic spots are concentrated on the dimensions of participation interaction and tourism services.Finally,based on the research conclusions and tourism reality,the existing problems of Suqian wine culture tourism development are summarized,mainly from the excavation of wine culture connotation,in-depth development of wine culture experience tourism products,focus on potential markets,wine culture coordination environment creation and service level,Suggestions for improving the perception quality of wine culture tourism are proposed.
