The Problem Of Countryside Waste Treatment And Pertinent Solution-Taking Wan’an,Jiang Xi As An Example

Since 2018,the central government has repeatedly stressed that rural domestic waste and sewage treatment,village appearance transformation,and village planning improvement should be the key points of rural living environment treatment.Efforts should be made to improve rural living conditions and production level,continue to promote rural toilet improvement,rural domestic waste and sewage treatment,and strengthen the construction of beautiful villages.At present,the overall level of rural human settlements in China has been improved to a certain extent,but the treatment of rural domestic waste is still the main problem affecting the improvement of rural human settlements.Based on the harmonious development theory,cooperative network governance theory,public goods supply theory,combined with the actual situation,through the investigation of rural domestic waste management in Wan’an County,using the literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,etc.,taking the current situation of domestic waste management in Luotang township as the breakthrough point,this paper obtains the corresponding suggestions.This paper mainly consists of six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.In this chapter,the research background,significance and current situation are described in detail,and the main research content,technical route,methods and innovation of this paper are further explained.The second chapter mainly expounds the harmonious development theory,cooperative network governance theory and many other theories.The third chapter analyzes the basic situation of domestic waste treatment in Luotang Township through the actual investigation.The fourth chapter puts forward some problems,such as the insufficient construction of waste treatment infrastructure,the weak awareness of household waste treatment,the low satisfaction of household waste treatment at the present stage,the imperfect waste treatment methods and so on,and analyzes the reasons for the above problems.The fifth chapter puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as providing financial support,increasing financial investment and subsidies,strengthening publicity and education,carrying out the theme education of waste classification,strengthening the subject consciousness,improving the corresponding laws and regulations,strengthening the mechanism construction,and introducing the waste market-oriented treatment mechanism.The sixth chapter draws the research conclusion and puts forward the research prospect.
