Research On The Construction Of Double Prevention System For Commercial Buildings

In recent years,the process of urbanization is gradually accelerated,more and more high-rise commercial buildings go up,building economy is rapidly developing,and gradually becomes the pillar of regional economic development.While it driving the rapid development of regional economy,the complexity of commercial buildings also brings great challenges to the safety management of commercial buildings.The personnel and property in the commercial building are intensive.There are many companies involved in the building.The staff composition is complex in commercial buildings.And there are a series of problems,such as subject responsibility cross,emergency rescue lacks linkage,security check formalism,imperfect construction of safety management system for commercial buildings and fragmentation of risk and hidden danger information.There is an urgent need for a new mode to change the current situation of safety production in commercial buildings.The dual prevention system includes management and control system for the risk and investigation and management system for the hidden risk.It is a safety management mode with risk management as the core and the safety production barrier moving forward.It can control the risks before the hidden dangers are formed and eliminate the hidden dangers before the accident.In order to solve the above problems and realize the security of commercial buildings,the paper proposes to build a dual prevention system for commercial buildings based on the field research and the latest national guidelines and policies.Firstly,the paper proposes to construct a joint meeting of commercial buildings to lead the construction of the dual prevention system of commercial buildings,and points out the responsibilities of each business building unit in the process of system construction.From the perspectives of the list of hidden items for business buildings,the criteria for identifying major accidents,and the process of hidden dangers,this paper introduces the construction of hidden dangers investigation and management system in commercial buildings.It summarizes the circumstances under which commercial buildings should be automatically judged as major risks.In view of the shortcomings of traditional risk assessment methods in the process of riskassessment and classification of commercial buildings,a new risk classification method based on two-stage risk theory is proposed,which makes the classification of risk level of commercial buildings more reasonable.This paper introduces the construction of investigation and management system for the hidden risk in commercial buildings from the identification standards of major accidents and hidden dangers,and the process of hidden danger management.In the process of compiling a list of hidden dangers inspection projects for commercial buildings,the establishment of a negative entry list for commercial buildings was proposed for the first time.In view of the defects and deficiencies in the traditional security inspection methods in risk control and hidden danger detection,it is proposed to apply big data,cloud computing,Internet of things and other information technologies in the construction of the double prevention system of commercial buildings.Analyze the big data of production safety collected from various systems,find out its internal rules and characteristics,so as to predict the development trend of accidents and achieve the purpose of early warning.Starting from six dimensions,the article analyzes how to apply big data technology to risk grading management and control system,and describes the implementation process of double prevention system for business buildings based on big data.And designed a dual prevention system platform for business buildings based on big data technology.The establishment of the dual prevention system for commercial buildings is of great significance to improve the safety level of commercial buildings and realize the pre-control of accidents.It also has certain reference significance to the prevention of accidents in the field of HVAC.
