Research On The Dual Prevention System Of Hidden Dangers In Production Safety

In recent years,how to prevent and curb the occurrence of serious accidents in production safety has attracted the attention of the whole society and has become an important direction in the field of safety production research.The purpose of building a dual prevention system for hidden dangers in production safety is to move the gate forward,to achieve governance from the source,and ultimately to achieve advance prevention,reduction and even contain the occurrence of accidents.This article summarizes inadequacies in policy support,government supervision and enterprise implementation for constructing dual prevention system for hidden risks through the analysis of the basic concepts and contents of risk grading management and control,hidden trouble investigation and prevention,combined with the practice of Zone J in the construction of the dual prevention system for hidden dangers and some concrete examples from enterprises.Based on the above analysis and summary,the paper points out countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of dual prevention system for hidden dangers.In the aspect of rules and regulations formulation in the dual prevention system for hidden dangers: first,the process of dual prevention of hidden dangers should be improved;second,the construction of the safety supervision team at the grassroots level should be strengthened;third,the information system of double prevention of hidden dangers should be built;fourth,the whole process monitoring of dual prevention system for hidden dangers should constructed.On the other hand,in strengthening the dual prevention system for risks and hidden dangers:first,implement corporate responsibility,second,identify risk points and investigate hidden dangers,and third,effectively control the security risks in small and micro enterprises and public areas.The dual prevention system of risks and hidden dangers quite effective in reducing the probability of accidents,which is of great significance to the development of production safety.
