Research On Development Strategy Of S Coal Chemical Industry

In recent years,with the attention to air pollution,the development of coal industry has been influenced.However,the coal industry is still the most important basic energy industry,which can support China’s national economic construction and development.Sustainable development of coal industry is the fundamental way to solve China’s energy supply and demand problem.As the leader of coal industry,S coal chemical enterprise is the largest and most modern coal enterprise in China.In recent years,the development of the enterprise shows that the profitability of the enterprise is lower than that of the same industry.To S sustainable development of coal chemical industry enterprise,this paper firstly summarized based on the field investigation for coal chemical enterprise S collection of relevant information,data,etc.It is concluded that(1)since 2013,S coal chemical enterprise profitability declined.Due to the overall recession of the coal industry,and the emergence of coal market fragmentation,disordered competition and overcapacity,the profitability of S coal chemical enterprises has decreased.(2)S coal chemical enterprises need to transform and upgrade the industry,realize enterprise merger and acquisition cooperation,and promote the further development of enterprises.(3)S coal chemical enterprises need to comply with the development and requirements of The Times,realize cleaner production and lay a solid foundation for the follow-up sustainable development.Based of the SWOT analysis method,summarizes the S enterprise’s main problems encountering in the development of coal chemical industry enterprise,comparing with existing strengths and weaknesses,as well as future opportunities and challenges.On the basis of the enterprise merger,talents cultivation,environmental protection,this article put forward to S coal chemical industry enterprise’s development strategy to realize sustainable development.Through the quantitative analysis,the prediction of the productions that implement the development strategy is expected to total 1.8 trillion yuan.
