Design And Implementation Of Shipping Information Management System In A Coal Enterprise

With the deepening of reform and development,the trend of economic globalization is becoming more and more obvious,international coal giant enterprises into our country,further increasing the competition of domestic coal enterprises,coal enterprises shipping management information application,and improve the market competitiveness of coal enterprises,shorten the cycle of coal production turnover,speed up the enterprise capital turnover is of great significance.The purpose of this paper is to use advanced information technology and information technology concept,to achieve the coal enterprise coal sales,shipping and transportation of the whole process of modern control,improve the operational efficiency of enterprises,and then improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.Through combing the whole process of coal delivery,the author designs and develops a set of shipping business information management system suitable for the company’s own development needs,taking coal products as the management object,and realizes the whole process supervision of coal from the beginning of output to users.The delivery management information system of coal enterprises not only realizes the paperless delivery management of coal companies,but also effectively improves the management efficiency of coal delivery,accelerates the turnover efficiency of products and funds,and has an important significance for improving the economic benefits of enterprises.According to the field research of the coal enterprise shipping business information management needs,completed the analysis of the business needs and functional requirements of the whole system,combined with the current mainstream technology,through comparison and analysis,finally adopted JSP technology,portal architecture,Java language and SQL server 2012 database technology and other major technologies to develop the whole system,the system has designed the shipping contract management module,goods loading management module,shipping write-off management module and freight and miscellaneous fees management module four functional modules,in the design process,the overall architecture of the system and the main flow chart and class diagram of each functional module are described in detail,and completed the main core function module to realize the interface display,through the function test and performance test,the system has carried on the comprehensive test.Through the preliminary system test run,the system can complete the expected function settings.For loading personnel,write-off personnel and settlement personnel to provide their respective authority of the operation module,shipping business management is more convenient to deal with,reduce the workload,avoid duplication of labor.
