Design And Development Of Web Side Of Information Management System For Steel Structure Enterprises

With the rapid development of computer,the enterprise production management system has also along with it developed as well,now there have been a lot of production management system software,to facilitate the management and operation of enterprises.ERP,OA and other management systems are widely used in the market with better functions,but higher prices.They are not necessarily suitable for a specific enterprise and inappropriate for small and medium-sized enterprises.Due to the particularity of steel structure enterprises,the existing commonly used system is not applicable.For example,steel structure has its specific industry terms,in the design management system,in order to fit more steel structure enterprises,need to carry out a specific design.The design and development of a set of enterprise information management system specially suitable for steel structure production can help the development of enterprises and improve work efficiency,which is of great significance for the development of this industry.In view of the actual situation of steel structure enterprises,the specific requirements put forward by managers,and combined with the development status of enterprise management system,this paper mainly completed the following work:Firstly,through the research on the steel structure enterprise management at the present stage,some problems existing in the enterprise management system are summarized.Combined with the detailed design requirements put forward by enterprise managers,this paper makes a theoretical framework for the design of the management system.For solving the problems of large amount of information and difficult statistics in the management mainly through Excel tables.There also has some situations like redundant information,untimely communications between departments,and security of data storage.Designed for the problems mentioned above.Secondly,according to the specific needs of the enterprise,the system function and architecture are analyzed,the specific implementation plan is formulated,and the system flow is designed.System architecture mainly includes functional architecture,technical architecture,application architecture,etc.The specific functions of the system include the production function of the enterprise,the management function of personnel,and the realization of safety problems.As for the security issues involved in this system,the specific aspects of steel structure enterprises are studied,mainly including system,application,data,network and terminal security introduction and corresponding measures.Specific treatment for specific aspects,security protection differs in different aspects and levels.Completing the implementation and testing of system function module.This paper is mainly aimed at the design and development of steel structure enterprise management Web terminal,including the available software and specific functions.The security of the Web terminal is particularly important.Every function implemented by the management system needs real-time monitoring of the background for necessary protection.This paper focuses on security issues.The implementation of the management system is based on B/S architecture and JAVA development environment,the background database is MySq1,using Ali cloud server,PHP,JavaScript,HTML and other languages.
