Tooth roller is an important part of the mill,and it has a decisive effect on the quality of flour and equipment performance.Toothed rollers are accompanied by surface wear during the grinding of the material,which changes the geometric characteristics of the surface of the toothed rollers,and affects related parameters such as energy consumption,grinding effect and life of the toothed rollers.Toothed rollers require severe re-drawing or roll replacement.Roller replacement or wire drawing too early will affect the life of the rolls,unnecessary downtime,and capital investment from the rolls pulling the ribbon.Changing the roll or drawing too late will not only speed up the wear of the grinding roll,but also affect the material output,flour quality,and increase energy consumption.Therefore,it is important to accurately determine the wear status of the gear roll.At present,most mills only judge the wear status of grinding rollers based on experience,so it is necessary to design and develop a tooth profile measuring instrument suitable for the grain machine industry.In view of the above problems,it is determined that the research content of this article is the wear characteristic research of the tooth roller of the mill and the development of the tooth profile measuring instrument.First,by classifying and summarizing the key influence parameters of the grinding wheel tooth wear,the influence indicators are divided into process indicators,economic indicators,and surface characteristics indicators.From these three indicators,the scraping rate,power consumption,and temperature of the ground material are selected.As the key research object of the theory and experiment in this paper,the wear of rollers and grinding rollers is based on the influence of existing tooth shape experimental parameter data on the peeling rate,the power consumption is modeled and analyzed based on Debon's law,and the tooth is based on tribological principles.Theoretical research on the roller wear process provides theoretical basis for the study of the grinding roller tooth wear characteristics.Secondly,based on the theory of elastic deformation and the law of conservation of energy,the force of the grinding roller is studied,and the position of the wear point is determined as the experimental measurement area in combination with the finite element analysis.Thirdly,by measuring the surface morphology,peeling rate,current,and temperature of the ground material of the FMFQ 10 × 2 mill 2B and 2M grinding rollers continuously for 80 days,the quantitative relationship between the parameters was obtained.Finally,according to the different functions required by customers to measure the tooth shape,the product design of the tooth shape measuring instrument is made using microscope imaging technology and machine vision technology.The measuring instrument can measure parameters such as tooth top width and tooth pitch,combined with the tooth roller of the mill.The wear rule is used to judge the wear status of the toothed roller.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:1.Combining the the current flour mill measurement data and related parameters of tooth roller wear,the key parameters of grinding roller wear are divided into process indicators,economic indicators and surface characteristics indicators.These three types of indicators are used to determine the selection of scraping rate,power consumption,The temperature of the ground material and the amount of wear of the rollers are the key research objects of the theory and experiment in this paper.Based on the study of the geometric characteristics of the toothed rollers,the relationship between the tooth top width,the tooth depth and the groove area geometric parameters was established.2.According to the experimental data,it is obtained that the ratio of front angle to tooth angle has a large effect on the stripping rate,and that the ratio of blunt to blunt front to front has a small effect on the stripping rate.Based on Bond's law,the power consumption model of the mill is established.It is found that the power consumption gradually decreases when the material is ground in ?-?B,and the wear of the tooth roller will gradually increase the power consumption.When the wear reaches a certain level,the power consumption The change has increased dramatically.Validate with test data.Based on the principle of tribology,a single-grain material is used as the research object,and a mathematical model of the wear of the grinding roller is established.When the total wear and other tooth profile parameters are constant,the total wear decreases with the increase of the front angle and obtuse angle,and The effect of obtuse angle is greater than that of front angle.3.Based on the theory of elastic deformation and the law of conservation of energy,the mechanical characteristics of the grinding rollers were studied,and the mathematical model of the linear pressure,linear shear force and average pressure and average shear force between the rollers in the circumferential direction of the rollers was obtained.The finite element simulation analysis mill during the IB process showed that the peak value of the axial equivalent stress of the grinding roller surface along the rolling distance appeared at a position30 mm away from the end surface of the grinding roller,and the value was 125.91 Mpa.The total axial strain of the grinding roller The peak value appears at a position 100 mm from the end surface of the grinding roller,and its value is 13.598 ?m.Therefore,the easy wear point of the grinding roller surface is 30-100 mm from the end surface.This conclusion can be used to determine the position of the tooth roller wear.4.Measured the surface morphology,scraping rate,current and temperature of the ground material of the 2F tooth roller of the FMFQ mill.After 80 days of tooth wear,the wear depth of the blunt surface is 0.32 ?,and the front surface is 0.21 mm.The peeling rate decreased by 4.77%,the current increased by 3.0A,and the temperature difference between the ground materials increased by 4.2 ° C,and there was a clear functional relationship.Through the curve fitting of the relationship between the influencing parameters and the incompleteness,it was obtained that when the incompleteness of the test gear was 9.854%,the comprehensive indicators reached the extreme,that is,the mill optimized the use of this mill in the industry.Under the conditions that can be accepted under the conditions of the minimum stripping rate,the maximum power consumption and the maximum material temperature difference.5.Measure the surface morphology,powder extraction rate,current and roll surface and temperature of the ground of the 2M blasting roller of the FMFQ mill for 80 days.The roughness of the blasting roller is reduced to 2.512 ?m after 80 days of wear.The powder extraction rate decreased by 1.26%,the current increased by 2.33 A,the temperature difference on the roller surface increased by 7.35 ° C,and the material increased by 5.5 ° C,which showed an overall upward trend.By studying the relationship between the curve fittingand the roughness of the influencing parameters,the position of the intersection of the fitting curve is when the grinding roller reaches the extreme point of use.When the blasting rollers wear to the intersection point,the comprehensive indicators reach the extreme,that is,the mill uses the mill to optimize the minimum peeling rate,maximum power consumption,and roller surface and Conditions for maximum material temperature difference.6.According to the different functions required by customers for measuring tooth profile,the tooth profile measuring instrument is designed.Using microscope imaging technology and machine vision technology,through the development and design of the overall structure,optical path and hardware selection,the instrument can measure the tooth roller.The main parameters such as the width of the tooth top,combined with the tooth roller wear law,can determine the degree of tooth roller wear.
