Coal is the cornerstone of China's energy and occupies an important strategic position in the national economy.With the continuous improvement of coal mine mechanization,the health status of coal machine equipment will directly affect the production efficiency and economic benefits of coal enterprises.In recent years,due to non-standard operation,equipment aging,maintenance is not in place and other factors brought by frequent coal mine machinery accidents,to ensure the safe and reliable operation of coal machinery equipment is particularly important.It is an effective way to improve the production efficiency and ensure the safety of coal mine to set up the on-line monitoring system of coal machinery equipment to obtain the key status information of equipment for predictive maintenance.Under the influence of bad working environment and improper operation of personnel,various mechanical faults will inevitably occur in coal machinery equipment,which are usually manifested as abnormal vibration and temperature change.These vibration and temperature signals contain a large number of important equipment status information such as deterioration and failure caused by impact,wear,corrosion,fatigue,aging and other factors,which are important data sources for online monitoring and fault diagnosis of equipment status.The realtime monitoring of vibration and temperature signals in the working process of coal machinery equipment can detect equipment faults in advance and realize the change from "post-repair" to "pre-repair",so as to effectively avoid sudden accidents,eliminate secondary damage and save a lot of maintenance costs.Adapt to the need of the development strategy of China's coal mine intelligent,this paper aimed at the present poor timeliness machine equipment condition monitoring system,communication cable laying problem,such as difficult,need to change the battery regularly with coal equipment running status real-time monitoring,for the purpose of adhering to the safety,innovation,green and intelligent design concept,combined with the current situation of the development of related technology and technical bottleneck,in the present machine equipment condition monitoring system of research,on the basis of functional requirements,an online monitoring system for the state of wireless self-power supply of coal machine is proposed and completed,which integrates energy self-supply,multi-parameter sensing,multinode data acquisition,wireless signal transmission and real-time monitoring of upper computer.The system consists of self-powered module,signal acquisition module,microcontroller module,wireless transmission module and monitoring host computer.Install signal collection nodes in key parts of coal machine equipment,and use the magnetic suspension electromagnetic vibration energy collector and energy management circuit to collect the energy dissipated during the operation of the equipment to power the node circuit.The signal acquisition module and microcontroller module are used to collect and process the coal machine temperature and vibration information in real time.The monitoring data is transmitted to the host computer software through the wireless transmission module.After data decoding,node number identification,signal processing,and database update,the data is received,analyzed,and stored.Finally,real-time monitoring and early warning of the device's operating status are realized on the monitoring control panel.Complete system visual human-computer interaction.The system uses wireless sensor network to collect,transmit and process the key status information of coal machine equipment,which solves the problems of high laying cost and cable winding caused by cable power supply and data transmission in the traditional monitoring system.The application of self-powered technology enables the system to collect the vibration energy of coal machine equipment to power the node circuit while monitoring the equipment status,which is green and environmentally friendly,reduces pollution to the natural environment,and solves the problem of battery life of the traditional wireless sensor network node.The system can effectively work for a long time in a harsh environment,improve the monitoring efficiency,and save a lot of manpower and material resources for regularly replacing the battery.The system monitoring host computer can use the database to realize the storage,viewing and calling of monitoring data while real-time monitoring and early warning of sensor signals,which provides strong data support for studying the operation rules of coal machine equipment and analyzing the causes of faults.The proposal and realization of the system have certain application value and practical significance for improving the monitoring efficiency of coal machinery,improving the production efficiency of coal industry,reducing the accident rate of coal mine machinery safety,and improving the intelligent transformation of coal mine machinery equipment.
