As a large agricultural country,China has always attached importance to agricultural development,which has played a great role in the development of the national economy and laid the foundation for social construction and national development.However,in the context of rapid industrialization and expanding urban-rural integration,a series of problems have emerged,such as soil environmental degradation and over-exploitation of resources,which have hindered the healthy development of agricultural industry.China’s agricultural production is facing new challenges.In the consumption of agricultural products,people have higher and higher requirements for the quality of agricultural products,which has exceeded the existing quality of agricultural products.As a major agricultural province,Shandong’s agricultural development continues to accelerate in the process of replacing the old and new driving forces.Ensuring the supply of high-quality agricultural products is the fundamental goal of Shandong’s agricultural development in the new era.Based on relevant literature,this paper combs the research on the connotation,path,measurement and influencing factors of agricultural green development at home and abroad.The concept of green development and agricultural green development is defined,and the relevant factors affecting agricultural green development are discussed.On this basis,starting from the dimensions of environmental friendliness,resource conservation,high quality and efficiency,and life security,the indicator system of agricultural green development level in Shandong Province is constructed,and the agricultural green development in Shandong Province from 2010 to 2020 is measured by the entropy value-TOPSIS method.Finally,the panel regression model is used to explore the factors that affect the level of agricultural green development of cities in Shandong Province from 2010 to 2020,and the regional heterogeneity is tested according to the geographical location.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The overall level of agricultural green development in Shandong Province has shown a steady upward trend from 2010 to 2020.(2)The level of agricultural resources conservation,agricultural environment friendliness,agricultural quality and efficiency,and agricultural living security in cities at all levels are on the rise as a whole.(3)The planting structure has promoted the level of agricultural green development.With the addition of other explanatory variables,the positive effect of planting structure on agricultural green development is weakening;Agricultural industrial agglomeration has promoted the level of agricultural green development,but with the addition of other influencing factors,agricultural industrial agglomeration is not significant;The level of agricultural information technology,industrial structure and urbanization have promoted the green development of agriculture;The degree of opening to the outside world and the level of financial support for agriculture have brought a restraining effect on the green development of agriculture.(4)The planting structure only has a significant positive impact on the central and northern regions of Shandong,but has no significant impact on the southern and eastern regions of Shandong;Agricultural industrial agglomeration has a positive effect on the agricultural green development in central and southern Shandong,while it has a negative effect on the agricultural green development in northern Shandong and eastern Shandong;The influence of the degree of opening to the outside world on the central region of Shandong is positive,while the influence on the northern region of Shandong is negative;The level of industrial structure plays a significant positive role in the green development of agriculture in the four regions.Finally,the corresponding policy recommendations are proposed: 1.Improve the protection mechanism of agricultural resources.Strengthen the prevention and control of non-point source pollution.3.Transform agricultural production methods.4.Accelerate the construction of the agricultural talent system.
