Silicon is abundant in the earth's crust,which is widely used in aerospace,military,ceramics and other fields.With the development of modern industry,the demand for silicon powder is increasing,so ensuring the production safety of the silicon processing industry has become a top priority.However,dust explosion is a major problem that threatens the safe production of the silicon processing industry.Therefore,this paper took silicon dust as the test object and used a 20L spherical explosion measurement system to study the explosion characteristics of silicon dust,then simulated the consequences of silicon dust explosion accidents.?1?A 20L spherical explosion measurement device was used to measure the lower explosion concentration,maximum explosion pressure,and maximum explosion index of silicon dust,and to classify the explosion risk of silicon powder.?2?Through experimental level analysis,the influence of dust particle size,dust mass concentration,ignition energy,particle size distribution and other factors on the explosion pressure of silicon powder was clarified.Then it analyzed the effects of Si O2 and NH4H2PO4 on the explosion characteristics of silicon dust and the difference in inerting mechanism between them.On this basis,the orthogonal test method and the intuitive analysis method were used to determine the order of the effect of the dust particle size,dust mass concentration,ignition energy,and inert substance content on the explosion pressure of silicon dust.?3?Analyzing and fitting the function of the maximum explosion pressure of silicon dust,which was affected by the change of silicon dust particle size,dust concentration,ignition energy,inert substance mass fraction.On this basis,the importance of each parameter on the explosion pressure was determined.The mathematical model formula of the maximum explosion pressure of silicon powder under different conditions was integrated,and the reliability of the formula was verified.?4?By analyzing the danger of dust explosion in the cyclone separation process in the silicon production process,this paper simulated the consequences of the accident,and calculated the energy generated by the silicon dust explosion and the scope of the impact of the accident.Finally,it proposed control measures.
