Research On ERP Systemand Its Application In Yangquan Coal Industry

The current stage is the key period for China’s development and transformation.The transformation and development of energy enterprises is particularly important.Accelerating the transformation and development of energy enterprises is in line with the general trend of national development.At the same time,in order to further meet the policy requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for the deep integration of enterprise informatization and industrialization,accelerating the development of energy enterprise informatization has become the most important part of the comprehensive development of energy enterprises.However,for state-owned enterprises,the optimal management of enterprise resources and the deficiencies of enterprise performance management have become shackles affecting the deep integration of enterprises.In order to remedy these deficiencies,a relatively complete,scientific and efficient methodology is needed to guide enterprises to carry out top-down informatization promotion.As a product of enterprise resource optimization,ERP system can not only accelerate the efficiency of enterprise information development,but also realize scientific decision-making,fine management,process standardization and other management optimization work within the enterprise,so as to optimize and integrate the overall resources from top to bottom.For this reason,Yangquan Coal Industry Group(hereinafter referred to as YQMY group)introduced SAP ERP system to strive to achieve the in-depth development of enterprise informatization.However,the following problems are:after the introduction of ERP system,how to deal with the information system resources that enterprises have invested and obtained,and how to effectively use ERP system to realize the deep development of enterprise information.In view of the above two problems,this paper finds the balance point of enterprise information resources utilization through the research of system integration and system customization development.In the face of the enterprise’s own system,we should make full use of the existing resources,realize enterprise information sharing at the lowest cost,and maximize the development of enterprise information.At the same time,in order to meet the new requirements of enterprise information development,actively play the strong advantages of ERP system,take ERP enterprise resources as a strong guarantee of enterprise information development,based on the ERP platform for related customized development,in the shortest time,to achieve the maximum benefit.Through the integration of enterprise own system "master data management platform" and SAP ERP system,as well as three performance management sub modules based on customized development in ERP system,shows the actual effect of YQMY group in system integration and system customized development after introducing ERP system,not only realizes the function reuse of enterprise master data management system,improves the efficiency of ERP system application in the enterprise,but also achieves the full coverage of enterprise performance management The macro requirements of enterprise informatization indirectly improve the comprehensive management level of enterprise informatization.The new application direction of ERP system in enterprises is widened,and the prospect of ERP application in enterprises in the future is put forward.
