Research And Application Of BIM Technology In The Process Of X Tank Zone Construction Project

This paper takes BIM Technology as the core,selects x tank farm construction project as the specific case,carries out the application research of BIM Technology for the progress management of the project,in order to explore the application ideas and methods of BIM Technology in the progress management of tank farm construction project,and find the specific application value of BIM Technology,so as to provide the first step for the progress management of other tank farm construction projects in China Advanced methods and positive reference.The conclusions are as follows:Based on the limitation of traditional project schedule management method of tank farm construction and the advantages of BIM Technology,the implementation process of X tank farm construction project schedule management is constructed from four aspects: 3D construction model creation,WBS decomposition of tank farm,tank farm construction schedule preparation,4D construction schedule management platform creation,etc.Use the Revit software of Autodesk company to build different professional 3D models of X tank farm,and combine these different 3D models in the Revit software through the collaborative scheme to form the 3D model of X tank farm,so as to make the construction information more clear;use the 3D construction model as the basis to decompose the WBS of X tank farm construction project;use the 3D model of X tank farm as the basis,use the WBS as the basis,and make profit Project software is used to compile the construction schedule of X tank farm construction project;3D construction model and construction schedule are linked in Navis Works manage software to realize the establishment of 4D construction model of X tank farm.Taking x tank farm construction project as an example,the feasibility and necessity of applying BIM Technology in this project are verified.Based on bim4 d model and PDCA cycle principle,the aim of BIM Technology in X tank farm construction project,such as real-time progress tracking,progress deviation analysis and schedule adjustment,is realized.The application of BIM Technology in X tank farm construction project schedule management is analyzed and summarized.The application of BIM Technology in tank farm construction is of great value through specific examples.
