| Under the background of increasingly severe resource bottlenecks and environmental constraints,the traditional growth model of China’s industry which is excessively dependent on factor input is difficult to continue.As a concentrated embodiment of growth efficiency and quality,green total factor productivity(GTFP)growth is the proper meaning to achieve sustainable development.What is the level of gtfp of industrial enterprises in China and its provinces? How to promote gtfp of industrial enterprises effectively? In view of the above problems,the existing research has carried on the more extensive discussion,but the calculation results of industrial enterprises gtfp are significantly different,and the influence factors and influence mechanism of gtfp are not fully revealed,which is not conducive to the accurate grasp and effective promotion of industrial enterprises gtfp.According to endogenous growth theory,human capital plays an important role in promoting technological progress and sustained economic growth,and social capital is also of great significance for resource acquisition,technological innovation and economic growth,which provides a reference for exploring the new driving force of gtfp growth of industrial enterprises.Based on this,this paper sets the research goal as follows: on the basis of clarifying the mechanism of human capital and social capital affecting gtfp of industrial enterprises,select the appropriate mathematical model to accurately measure gtfp of industrial enterprises,and conduct empirical test on the effect of human capital and social capital affecting gtfp of industrial enterprises,so as to provide practical and concrete suggestions for effectively promoting gtfp of industrial enterprises.In order to achieve the above research objectives,this paper mainly carried out the following research:(1)theoretical analysis of the impact of human capital and social capital on gtfp of industrial enterprises.Based on the relevant theories and literatures of human capital,social capital and gtfp,this paper clarifies the mechanism of human capital,social capital and their common influence on gtfp of industrial enterprises,and constructs the theoretical analysis framework of this paper.(2)Analysis of the current situation of human capital,social capital and gtfp of industrial enterprises.Based on the analysis and comparison of the existing research models and methods for measuring human capital,social capital and gtfp,combined with the research object and purpose of this paper,the super efficiency DEA model based on SBM,Malmquist Luenberger index and entropy method comprehensive evaluation model considering unexpected output are respectively constructed for gtfp,human capital and social capital of industrial enterprises in 30 provinces and regions of China from 2002 to 2017 The level measurement and current situation analysis are carried out.(3)The empirical analysis of the impact of human capital and social capital on gtfp of industrial enterprises.Based on the control of economic development level,environmental regulation and other related variables,this paper constructs a spatial panel measurement model considering spatial factors,and empirically tests the impact of human capital,social capital and their interaction on gtfp of industrial enterprises.(4)Countermeasures and suggestions for upgrading gtfp of industrial enterprises.Based on the above theoretical analysis and empirical analysis results,based on the perspective of human capital and social capital,this paper puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions to effectively promote the gtfp of industrial enterprises.Through the theoretical analysis and empirical research,the main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)the gtfp of Chinese industrial enterprises is generally on the low side,with obvious improvement and significant regional differences.From 2002 to 2017,the gtfp super efficiency value of Chinese industrial enterprises fluctuated from 0.400 to 0.500,showing a "high medium low" step distribution from east to west.During the sample period,the gtfp of Chinese industrial enterprises increased by 9.5% annually,and the average annual growth rate of the eastern region(10.7%)was faster than that of the central region(9.4%)and the western region(8.5%).(2)There are positive spatial spillover and transfer effects in gtfp.The improvement of gtfp of industrial enterprises in neighboring provinces and the accumulation of gtfp of industrial enterprises in the early stage are of great significance to the growth of gtfp in the current period of the province.(3)Human capital has a positive impact on the gtfp of industrial enterprises.From the perspective of different ways,the national human capital mainly promotes the growth of gtfp by promoting technological progress;from the perspective of different dimensions,the national human capital mainly relies on the dimension of education capital to have a positive impact on the gtfp of industrial enterprises;from the perspective of different regions,the impact effect of human capital and its secondary items in the three regions is obviously different.(4)Social capital has a positive impact on the gtfp of industrial enterprises.From the perspective of different ways,the national social capital mainly promotes the growth of gtfp by promoting technological progress;from the perspective of different dimensions,social capital has a positive impact on the gtfp of industrial enterprises mainly by relying on the dimension of social network;from the perspective of different regions,the impact effect of social capital and its secondary items in the three regions is obviously different.(5)Compared with the isolated human capital and social capital,the interaction between human capital and social capital has a more significant positive effect on the gtfp of industrial enterprises.Only when they work together,can they better promote the growth of gtfp of industrial enterprises.Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions:(1)regional industrial cooperation and technical cooperation should be strengthened.Specifically,the eastern region should play the role of green growth engine,through the output of advanced technology and management experience,to promote the technological progress and production efficiency of industrial enterprises in the central and western regions,and the central and western regions should give full play to their resource advantages,through the output of a large number of material resources,to help industrial enterprises in the eastern region to expand the production possibility boundary.(2)While continuing to increase investment in education and create a large number of human quality dividends to promote technological progress and production efficiency,we should continue to improve medical services throughout the country,especially in the central and western regions,and fully liberalize family planning,so as to alleviate the aging trend of "aging before getting rich".(3)While continuing to strengthen the construction of 5G and other information technology infrastructure,and building a social network more convenient for interpersonal communication and information diffusion,we should strengthen the construction of democracy and the rule of law,so as to create a better investment and business environment for industrial enterprises.(4)In view of the interaction between human capital and social capital,compared with isolated human capital and social capital,has a more significant positive effect on gtfp of industrial enterprises.We should coordinate human capital investment and social capital investment in the annual budget of the government,provide capital and policy guarantee for the common development of human capital and social capital,and further stimulate their positive impact on GTFP of industrial enterprises. |
