With the rapid improvement of the intelligence level of coal mine equipment,the reliability requirements in the production process are becoming higher and higher.As the core equipment for coal mining,the comprehensive coal mining equipment group in coal mines is improperly maintained,which can easily lead to the situation that the maintenance cost is too high,the production safety risk is high,and the production plan cannot be carried out smoothly.Therefore,Therefore,this article relies on the National Natural Science Foundation of China-Multi-source heterogeneous data-driven comprehensive mining equipment group health evaluation and multi-objective predictive maintenance decision(Subject No.51875451).Conduct research on the following aspects of production conflicts:First of all,for the problem of insufficient or excessive maintenance of coal mine equipment,formulate an opportunistic maintenance strategy suitable for the comprehensive mining equipment group,and establish a maintenance decision model that considers opportunistic maintenance costs,minor repair costs of sudden failures,production downtime losses,and equipment depreciation losses.Secondly,in view of the characteristics of high safety requirements in coal mines,a maintenance decision optimization method that considers the safety overhaul of fully mechanized mining equipment groups is proposed.The maintenance safety decision-making model that considers the safety maintenance of the fully mechanized mining equipment group is established by considering the periodic safety maintenance cost of equipment to the optimization research of maintenance decision.Finally,based on genetic algorithm,the solution optimization of the model is completed,and the optimization of the research method in this paper is proved by the comparison of algorithms and the comparison of maintenance strategies.Then,for the conflict between maintenance and production time,a joint decision-making optimization method for maintenance and production planning of fully mechanized mining equipment is proposed.Considering the different production costs of the fully mechanized mining equipment group during the production planning period,an independent decision-making model for the production plan is established and integrated with the maintenance decision-making model to establish a joint decision-making model for maintenance and production planning.Finally,the simulated annealing algorithm is used to complete the optimization of the model,and the optimization of the simulated annealing algorithm is proved by comparing with the harmony search algorithm.Finally,it will consider the maintenance decision-making method for the safety overhaul of fully mechanized mining equipment group,the combined decision-making method for maintenance and production planning of fully mechanized mining equipment group and coal mine production,and design and develop basic information management,equipment information management,maintenance decision management and historical information The management decision-making management system for the maintenance of fully mechanized mining equipment groups with function modules.
