Human resource allocation runs through the whole process of human resource management,and its ultimate goal is to make individuals and positions more matching,so as to maximize the overall efficiency of the organization.The scientific and reasonable allocation of human resources is conducive to the development of the enthusiasm and creativity of the staff,thus promoting the overall management level of the enterprise and promoting the healthy development of the enterprise.This paper takes Kailuan Group Logistics Service Company as the research object.First of all,by using the research methods of literature review and empirical analysis,qualitative analysis and quantitative comparison,on the basis of analyzing the situation of human resources,find out the problems and shortcomings of the company’s human resources allocation;secondly,according to the new requirements of the national macro policy and enterprise strategic adjustment for human resources allocation,follow the relevant theory of human resources allocation,practice the state-owned The optimal allocation scheme of human resources in an enterprise has achieved good results in the aspects of total staff control,team structure optimization,staff quality improvement,and enterprise benefit improvement.Finally,the fuzzy AHP comprehensive evaluation method is used to build a comprehensive efficiency evaluation index system,and a comprehensive efficiency evaluation hierarchy model is established to comprehensively evaluate the efficiency of human resources allocation in the company.The conclusion is as follows: This conclusion is in line with the current situation of the company’s human resource allocation,and further verifies the rationality of the comprehensive evaluation index system and the scientificity and effectiveness of the fuzzy AHP comprehensive evaluation method.It is hoped that the research of this paper can provide some reference for similar state-owned enterprises in the aspects of human resource optimization and allocation efficiency evaluation. |
