As the petroleum industry goes abroad,our overseas exploration and development projects have become an important part of the business chain of petroleum engineering companies.H petroleum engineering company’s overseas S project provides a new platform for the development of petroleum engineering company in overseas regions.However,due to the particularity of the working environment of human resources of overseas S project,its human resources allocation has become an important subject.Therefore,the research on the allocation of human resources is of great significance for the successful implementation of the overseas S project of H petroleum engineering company.This paper analyzes and studies the human resource allocation of H petroleum engineering company’s overseas S project,focusing on the evaluation system and improvement measures of the human resource allocation of H petroleum engineering company’s overseas S project.This paper first introduces the research background and significance,analyzed the present stage human resource configuration research results both at home and abroad,combined with the related theories of human resource configuration management,and on the H human resource configuration for the overseas petroleum engineering company S project on the basis of investigation and study,summarized the overseas petroleum engineering company S H project human resource configuration status.According to the characteristics of overseas projects and the reality of the company,from four aspects: the total allocation of human resources,distribution structure,distribution,and the quality of the distribution of the workload,this paper constructed the suitable for petroleum engineering company,overseas S H project evaluation system of human resource allocation,applied ahp to weight indicator setting and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate S human resource configuration.Based on the evaluation results,this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes of the human resource allocation in the overseas S project of H petroleum engineering company,and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the human resource allocation in the overseas S project,including strengthening the cultivation of high-capacity and high-quality talents,optimizing the personnel allocation structure of the project,and scientifically assigning work tasks.At the same time,it puts forward the safeguard measures to improve the human resource allocation of overseas S project.
