| Along with the quick development of our country’development,the competition between the companies not only illustrates on economy profits,market shares,customer satisfaction,but also more and more illustrates on the human resource management of the company.As the push power of the integration and application of all resources,human resource is generally recognized as the core resource of motivating the last economy growth and last development.So the efficiency of human resource configuration,the most important issue of human resource management,will directly influence the utilization and profits of the company.After taking over the two prison coal mine,Tianzhuang coal mine forms a new management pattern called "one mine three wells".The stability of huma resource of the two sides is destroied,phenomena,such as the compresence of lack of human resource and waste of human resoure,the mismatch of the staffs ability and the post.In order to make the best use of everyone,to let everybody fully display his talents,doing the human resource optimization configuration is an urgent problem to solve for Tianzhuang coal mine,this paper is just the resour on the problem.On the basis of theoretical resourch,the author comprehensivly uses various technologies and methods to analyse the status of human resource,organization structure,post system,staff allocation of Tianzhuang coal mine,to find the problems and the reasons,puts forward a human resource interactive configuration programme which matchs the reality of Tianzhuang coal mine,and gets a good result.By the analysis and resourch on human resource interactive configuration of Tianzhuang coal mine,the author fully realizises the importance of human resource configuration to human resource management for a company.Hoping the resourch of this paper can provides some reference for the application of human resource configuration for the companies. |
