Due to uneven temperature,deformation,cooling after rolling and other factors in rolling production,the rolled products often appear bending and other defects.The straightening process improves the production quality of sheet metal,improves the production efficiency and reduces the output rate of scrap steel.In the ordinary roller straightening roller system,the strength of the straightening roller is required to be higher for the thin plate due to its higher straightening strength.If the diameter of the straightening roller is small,the strength and stiffness of the straightening roller cannot be guaranteed.In this paper,the straightening process of tooth roller straightening system is explored to solve the dilemma that the diameter of the straightening roller,the straightening quality and the strength and stiffness of the straightening roller cannot be satisfied simultaneously in the straightening of ordinary thin plate.In the straightening method and straightening process to carry on the meaningful exploration.(1)This paper designed the profile curve of tooth profile roller,obtained the pitch circle of tooth profile roller and the specific data of tooth number,carried out statistical analysis on the data to ensure the rationality of tooth profile roller.(2)The finite element analysis model of tooth roll straightening was established.The finite element software ANSYS/ ls-dyna was used to analyze the influence of different roller distance,different number of teeth and different roller shape curve on the residual stress,flatness and stress of tooth roll after tooth roll straightening.(3)The principle,deformation area and process difference between tooth roller and normal roller are compared.(4)Design the experimental straightening machine for tooth roll,to provide a parameter basis for the design of tooth roll straightening machine.Figure57;Table18;Reference 51...
