| With the coming of the era of intelligence,the curriculum pattern of vocational education should change accordingly.We need to explore and study the core concept that can support the curriculum theory of future vocational education,which is "project".Project curriculum is the internal demand for vocational education curriculum in the era of intelligence.Engineering project teaching based on the CDIO concept is suitable for setting the curriculum framework based on the work process,which meets the needs of the current curriculum reform of vocational education in China and can solve many problems faced by secondary vocational project curriculum.Secondary vocational colleges have carried out practical research on project curriculum for many years.However,there are still many problems in the traditional curriculum development mode of the middle vocational school.The project curriculum lacks the pertinence of the actual products,which leads to the separation of teaching from the actual production and the insignificance of the occupation of education.Due to the lack of standardization and standardization in the construction of curriculum resources,the quality of curriculum resources is not high and the reuse rate of related resources is not high.The lack of the exploration of teaching concept in the course implementation leads to the unreasonable logical process in the teaching process and the poor effect of theoretical and practical teaching.The course effectiveness evaluation system is not perfect,and the lack of effective evaluation leads to the problems such as the course’s continuous establishment and insufficient improvement.How to select suitable engineering projects to develop into practical teaching projects based on the characteristics of local industries;How to construct curriculum resources to ensure the smooth development of curriculum implementation and effectively train students’ engineering practice ability;How to carry out the multi-party collaborative curriculum development work jointly participated by enterprise personnel and teachers of other majors,so as to consolidate school-enterprise cooperation and promote cooperation among different majors.The deep excavation of the above problems has become the focus and target of secondary vocational project curriculum research.In order to find a solution from practice,this paper takes the curriculum development of buggy design and production(buggy for short)project set up by a secondary vocational college in jiaxing as an example,and analyzes the preliminary analysis,theme determination,resource construction,implementation plan and effectiveness evaluation of the curriculum development.In practice,broaden and improve the development ideas of secondary vocational project curriculum,and form certain research results :(1)strengthen the application of multi-party collaborative mode in curriculum development.To set up a curriculum development team with the participation of curriculum experts,enterprise technical backbone,teachers of the university’s own specialty and cross-specialty,and to carry out relevant work with different emphases under the guidance of curriculum experts;(2)clarify the logical thinking that the subject of the course should aim at vocational ability cultivation.Carry out work field analysis,work task analysis and professional ability analysis on selected engineering projects,and on this basis,conduct teaching treatment of professional ability,so as to form the knowledge system of the course;(3)development of standardized curriculum resources.It includes compiling curriculum standards,compiling school-based teaching materials,creating teaching environment and building teaching staff.The text nature teaching resources make every effort to achieve the standard compilation;The teaching environment strives to create a real engineering practice situation for the students,so that the students can truly feel the production process of the products and improve the students’ innovation ability.(4)carry out the teaching and research of engineering projects with the teaching link combining "conception",multiple rounds of "design-realization" and "operation",so as to cultivate engineering technical talents more effectively.(5)establish a curriculum effectiveness evaluation index system.Through the collection and statistical analysis of relevant data,objective results can be obtained,so as to promote the further adjustment and improvement of the curriculum and improve the reuse rate of the curriculum.In order to further play the role of project courses in talent training mode,the following suggestions are proposed :(1)reasonably select engineering projects according to the cognitive rules of secondary vocational students,namely,pay attention to the knowledge capacity,difficulty and required period of engineering projects;(2)pay attention to the construction of engineering practice teaching atmosphere.The traditional classroom teaching mode is adjusted to the workshop mode,which is closely centered on the r&d teaching of engineering projects.(3)attach importance to the improvement of teachers’ engineering practice ability.This requires cooperation from the school level and the enterprise level,so as to steadily carry out the teacher’s internship in enterprises. |
