Manufacturing industry occupies an important position in the national economic development,and China takes the development of manufacturing power as an important strategic goal.The transformation from a manufacturing power to a manufacturing power not only depends on the progress of science and technology,but also the improvement of management level.Assembly is an important link in the whole process of manufacturing production process,now in our country some assembly manufacturing enterprise development shows a series of problems,including the operators in the process of assembling operation high load production efficiency is low and mental problem,so from the Angle of human factors engineering by using the method of industrial engineering of enterprises assembly manufacturing process were studied.Fire alarm controller based on the J company assembly production process as the research object,the actual survey the company produces the fire alarm controller assembly manufacturing process and the field environment,through the hands operation analysis and dynamic analysis found that the presence of large amounts of mobile operators in the assembly process,and wait,invalid and waste,using the 5 w1 h questions technology and the principle of ECRS optimize the hands move in my homework and waiting,reduce unnecessary mobile operators assembly process and wait for,in the hands,on the basis of operation optimization,using economic principle,optimize the operators in the process of assembling the micro motion,To make the operator’s action more reasonable and scientific,by optimizing the operator’s assembly process,improve the operator’s action efficiency,and reduce the operator’s operation time.Through the assembly process is analyzed from the man-machine ring system,set up the mental load in the process of assembly model,and by the time pressure to quantify mental load,the optimization of assembly process results in mental load effect evaluation,shows that not only optimize the assembly process of assignments and efficiency,and reduce the operators of mental load,to prove the effectiveness of the optimization process.According to the influence of the man-machine loop system on the process of operation and the mental load,some Suggestions for further improvement are put forward.Through this article on the study of J company product assembly process,the rationality and actions of operators is improved effectively,scientific,reduce invalid and superfluous action,improves the working efficiency,and with mental load to evaluate optimization process,show that the optimized time pressure value decreased significantly than before optimization,which reduce the operators of mental load.Through the study of the movement and mental load in the process of assembling fire alarm controller,the better development of enterprises and people is realized. |
