Ammonia is a commonly used raw material in chemical plants,but it is flammable,explosive and toxic.For storage and transportation,ammonia gas is usually pressurized into liquid ammonia and stored in ammonia storage tanks.At present,most of the liquid ammonia storage methods are used in canning.The entire storage and use process has potential safety hazards,which may cause ammonia leakage and threaten the life and health of workers.Therefore,designing the ammonia storage tank safety monitoring system is of great economic and practicality value.This paper designs a safety monitoring system for ammonia storage tank based on STM32,which monitors the temperature and humidity,ammonia concentration,liquid level and pressure of ammonia storage tank.When the parameter exceeds the threshold,the system will issue a voice alarm and the upper machine will beep alarms.STM32 control actuators(such as shower valves,pressure relief valves,etc.)reduce or eliminate hazards.The hardware circuit part mainly includes STM32F103C8T6 single-chip minimum system circuit,data acquisition circuit,OLED display interface circuit,voice alarm interface circuit,SIM800 C interface circuit,etc;software part mainly includes data acquisition program,data transmission program,alarm program,etc;design upper computer The software performs human-computer interaction,real-time monitoring of ammonia tank status,over-limit alarms,and remote control actuators.Finally,the system uses Dixon criterion for data processing,and BP neural network model is used to compensate the ammonia and gas for temperature and humidity,and improve data acquisition accuracy.Finally,the system is tested.The test results show that the system can realize the safety monitoring of the ammonia storage tank and meet the requirements of the design.
