Risk-Based Inspection(referred to as RBI),is a kind of new inspection technology for in-service equipment derived from modern computer technology,equipment safety evaluation technology,material damage mechanism research technology,failure analysis technology and equipment inspection technology.Combined with the basic principle of risk assessment and focusing on inspecting equipment or parts of high risk,RBI is different from the conventional method and is mainly based on risk analysis test.RBI assesses the risk probability and the possible consequences,and determine the reliable and effective measures according to the value of the risk.At present,China's application of RBI technology for wet steam generator research is still in the exploratory stage.It is hoped that through the introduction of RBI technology,the maintenance cost and system operation risk of wet steam generator can be effectively reduced,so as to provide the basic technical guarantee for the stable and safe operation of the equipment.The author analyzes the source of risk of the wet steam generator used by Liaohe Oil Mining Area during the process of production,determines specific section for study and has collected related materials,including the data of equipment system design,materials of the analysis of processing medium,materials of failure analysis,data of previous overhaul information and materials of processing and so on.In this paper,the author will analyze and determine the failure mechanism equipment,establish technological modules and give theequipment risk analysis based on all the materials to make a risk ranking on parts of equipment according to the degree of risk and finally make inspection plan according to the analysis results.RBI software developed by Germanischer Lloyd(GL)Industrial Service Department will be used to analyze the test and application of wet steam generator.The analysis includes three sections: the preparation in advance,equipment risk assessment and risk result analysis.Besides,special stress will also be laid on high-risk parts.Then,according to the definite failure mechanism after making the analysis,the corresponding inspection plan is made and the effective suggestion of avoiding risk is put forward.
