| In recent years,environmental pollution has become increasingly serious,environmental pollution,resource depletion and other issues have forced countries in the world to change the traditional economic development model.Innovation driven development and improvement of green innovation efficiency are the key to achieve high-quality economic development.Therefore,this thesis takes 26 cities of Yangtze River Delta(YRD)as the research object,uses spatial econometric model based on composite weight,to find the key factors which can improve the efficiency of green innovation in the YRD.It is of great significance to promote the green and efficient coordinated development of the YRD,and provide the path choice for the sustainable development of China’s economy.Firstly,this thesis adds the environmental factors in the data envelopment analysis(DEA),takes the environmental pollutants such as industrial waste water emissions as the unexpected output,and measures the green input-output efficiency of YRD with Super-SBM model.Secondly,using social network analysis method to construct the regional innovation cooperation network of YRD,and exploring the innovation cooperation ability of each city.Finally,constructing spatial dubin model based on composite weight matrix,considering "geographical distance" and "cooperation distance" simultaneously and exploring how regional innovation cooperation effects on green innovation efficiency of YRD from the static and dynamic perspectives.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The efficiency of green innovation in the YRD shows an upward trend from2010 to 2018,and cities pay more and more attention to scientific and technological innovation investment,the awareness of green environmental protection has improved.Zhejiang province is gradually achieving the coordinated and balanced development of green innovation.The pure technical efficiency of Jiangsu province,Anhui province and Shanghai city is obviously higher than the scale efficiency.(2)The overall network density of green innovation cooperation network in YRD shows an upward trend,but as a whole,the connection strength of green innovation cooperation in YRD is not close.The provincial capital cities of the YRD have strong green innovation cooperation ability,while other cities have relatively weak cooperation ability.Green information resources are controlled in few cities.(3)From the perspective of the YRD,the spatial effect of green innovation cooperation is more significant under the joint effect of neighborhood and cooperation.In the dynamic spatial dubin model,the thesis finds that the temporal correlation of green innovation efficiency is stronger than the spatial dependence.(4)Among the three centrality degrees,the close centrality has the most significant direct impact on the efficiency of green innovation,which indicates that the information resources of YRD are concentrated in few cities,and the strong competitiveness inhibits the improvement of green innovation efficiency.In the control variables,the added value of the secondary industry is significantly negative,which indicates that the industrial structure has a direct impact on the improvement of innovation efficiency in YRD.(5)From the provincial level,Zhejiang province and Jiangsu Province both show certain regional synergy characteristics within the provinces,and the spatial effect of green innovation efficiency is significant both in neighboring relations and cooperative relations.However,Anhui Province has not achieved regional integration development under the single spatial relationship.The main contributions of this thesis are as follows: firstly,exploring the influencing factors of green innovation efficiency in YRD based regional innovation cooperation network.Secondly,constructing the reasonable weight matrix with green innovation cooperation relationships,and applying spatial dubin model with the adjacent weight matrix and the cooperation weight matrix to find the influencing factors and spatial dependence of green innovation efficiency in YRD. |
