With the development of science and technology,spray technology is widely used in national production as well as in our daily life.The parameters of the size of nozzle atomization spray,the atomization angle,the concentration of spray and force distribution are closely related with metallurgy,fire protection,food processing,pesticide spraying,aerospace,military,environmental protection,oil many other fields.This paper will focus on the research and experiment of spray field angle and the distrib ution of spraying impact force.At the same time,we use the image method to explore the concentration of spray field as well as the visible distribution.The main work is as follows.1.The test of the nozzle atomization angle is based on the image method.The algorithm of maximum variance between different classes of images is proposed,which is used to recognize the spray image and calculate the spray angle based on the binary image.The image of the spray field was extracted by image gray-scale transformation,threshold segmentation,morphological denoising,edge detection and other methods to get the images of the spray field.The boundary of the spray field and the atomization angle were calculated by the straight line fitting method,and the atomization angle of the nozzle was measured digitally.2.This article proposes single-point pressure sensor and two-dimensional moving nozzle to measure the distribution of pressure(impact force)in the spray field,which develops a test platform.3.In the context of Microsoft Visual Studio 2013,the OpenCV library became the major force to help develop a software of measuring the angle and pressure of atomization.The built in test platform was used to collect and analyze data on the nozzle.4.Using the image method is able to measure the visibility(spray field concentration)also got the preliminary results.
