The Amoeba business management model was created by the Japanese-run St.Inari Kazuo to pursue the goal of "maximizing sales and minimizing costs." In the market competition is very fierce today,amoeba as an effective means to achieve cost control,more and more enterprises are concerned and introduced.SP Group is a chemical manufacturing company that produces basic chemical raw materials.Faced with the dual pressure of environmental protection and the market,in early 2018,SP Group established a corporate strategy of "pursuing low cost and improving the competitiveness of enterprises",implementing management model innovation,and importing Amoeba.Business management model.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the corporate strategy,effectively promote the landing of the Amoeba business model,use the ability of existing human resources,handle employee relations,improve the morale of existing employees,and activate the potential of the existing human resources of the company.It is necessary to formulate corresponding human resources policies aimed at motivating employees.This article takes amoeba management model and employee motivation theory as the guidance,takes the SP group employee motivation problem as the direction,combines the enterprise reality,aims at the amoeba management model request,analyzes the original employee incentive measure adaptability,and carries out the targeted adjustment.Through detailed analysis,this article believes that Amoeba’s business management model and employee incentives can be deeply integrated.The adjustment of employee incentives under the Amoeba model can stimulate the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of leaders and employees and promote the construction of corporate teams.It is a virtuous circle of continuous development for the employees to give full play to their potential in their posts,so that the enterprises and employees can achieve win-win results.The research conclusion of this paper not only provides support for the smooth implementation of SP Group’s corporate strategy,but also provides some reference for Chinese companies that have already introduced the Amoeba business model,how to effectively motivate employees while carrying out cost control.
